I have an issue with the clutch. I think a piece is missing

Hey man thanks. I have one of those SPL ones from guitar center theyre 99 bucks too. Seems good so far

This vid took waaay too long....could have been shortened to 2' ! Missing was putting on the 2 cymbals to see how they sit in the cup and how they sound coming together. Smooth action? Does the base swivel? Any tension adjustment?
