It can save any person in the world except those with golden blood (that's the name it really isn't the color of gold). It is the best blood to give those with sickle cell anemia (a blood disease specific to black and browns). It's the best blood type to give any infant under 3 months. But it's so pure (sorry I couldn't find a better way to describe the blood without getting technical about proteins) that it will not tolerate any other blood type in the person but it's own. While all other blood types readily receive O Rh-. So if the baby is not RH- the body will reject the baby because of the blood not being closer to null.
