But unless you take photos the observation of these planets is aweful and blurred so whats the point? I'm not saying that it's not amazing to see planets etc and a lot better than just seeing bright stars but seriously for £4k upwards all you can see is a blurred planet because of the atmospheric conditions and maybe because the power is mid to high (maybe a smaller scope would have been better)and you have to spend another £3k to get stills is nuts
If I put my eye through the telescope will it actually look like this? Or can I only watch it while the telescope is connected to a computer for footage and photography?
@@JS674h78 amazing thank you for taking the time to reply , I honestly don't know what I jus purchased for $6,000 lol it was $5,000 but i added some attachments. I just wanted the full set if that makes sense
@@kaibaskywalker2725 I totally hear you. I have been there myself on many occasions 🤭 In this case it is 110% worth every penny. Also get good eyepieces if you can afford them. Have fun and be amazed :)
This is not filmed. It's CGI. Photoshop edition ! Earth is flat. Ask yourself, why don't they film a real video from "space" during 24 hours. Just to see the so called globe with its "poles" and "rotation".
In the description you will indeed find this is not a film. It is a composite. And maybe you should ask yourself how incredibly inexplicable a lot of things would be if indeed the earth were flat instead of a sphere. Trust me that nature does not care about eithers opinion though. It does what it does best and that is to pursue optimal state. And in the case of most celestial bodies that is to take the form of a sphere. But in all frankness, there is such an overwhelming amount of scientific evidence that the earth is a sphere and not 'flat' that I doubt anything beyond this point can make you leave your 'ideology' behind. But that's okay. As I stated earlier, nature couldn't care less and so could I. Have a nice day.
Great video, thanks. I am starting my dslr+lens based astrography journey and I am surprised that wit such large telescope the planets image don't look much different from my shots taken with d810a and 500mm tele on the tracking mount. It also became clear to me that all those sharp beautiful pictures of large planets posted by hundreds of astrographs must be result of heavy post processing, not actual observation neither one shot photography. This rests me assured, migrating from my current dslr + plens to telescope make no sense.
Great pictures. I recently bought the Celestron cpc 11 hd and it’s still in my closet. I live in the Pacific Northwest and it rains a lot here. It’s late June now and the weather is now just just starting to get better. Hope for great viewing with this beautiful telescope.
Superbe de beau vidéo et très belle musique je vous remercie beaucoup ce vidéo je suis très jaloux de l’emplacement que vous êtes et très heureux pour vous 🍷🍷😎
the CPC is on an alt-az fork. For Photography an eq mount is best. Spend as much on a mount as you can. Then start out with small focal lengths (35mm-350mm) to get the hang of it.
Great video! I'm just starting in astrophotography and this video help to see what I can look at and take a photo of Can you comment back any tips to help take a better photo?
Thanks! It depends on what you want to photograph and what your budget is, but the general and best tip is: get the best mount you can afford. This will by far have the most influence on your results. Good luck and looking forward to your results!
Daniel D thanks so much for the reply Im getting a Celestron AstroMaster 60AZ Telescope for Christmas so I will try to get some good photos Thanks so much for the advice Sub for a sub? Anyway great video and looking forward for some more!
Thx! i ordered the CPC 1100 just a few days ago, delivery in 2 weeks, i can't wait!!, I've had good feedback from others who have 1100's also, but your video always stands out, really nicely done!
Wow what a nice video and elegantly done! Was that you observing in the beginning? I am upgrading my older Celestron 8 inch Schmitt, your 11" CPC is in my sights, how do you like it so far?
+Eddie CJ Thanks! And that was my wife :) I love the C11 CPC. Not sure if the extra 3' will be a major upgrade, but the CPC part will blow you away. Very easy and accurate!
+Daniel D I have my CPC 1100, it is a monster compared to my older 8" I love it, I have one concern regarding cooling, do you ever have issues with it reaching temperature equilibrium? do you find it takes a long time? Thanks!
Hi Eddie CJ, I keep it in the garage at all times where the temp is never more than around 10 degrees compared to outside. If you keep it inside it will probably take longer, so I would put it outside a couple of hours in advance.
Beautiful, this is better than NASA. you should find Apollo landing sites, and left equipment and upload so we can actually see something. Everything they give us is blurred CGI..Thanks, would love to see more
awesome daniel. i got a few stacked images of pinwheel, fireworks, a few globula like m3 but since i got my new scope its been really cloudy cant wait for the horse head, orion to come back round. keep up your good work
***** i did post them on a facebook group but had to convert tiff into jpeg but of course fb dont do tiff files so the quality upon upload wasn't that good. im surrounded by street lights and flood lights from gardens. no filters for my dslr but they look great on my pc. i was pleased. i have a zwo 120mm mono but yes lol good old weather. when i get a good night im going to use the zwo for guiding so should get better. the vids on my channel are when i used a samsung 415pd cctv camera but you can't beat dslr for D.S.O's. will try and upload pics on YT. lots still to learn. but i love D.S.O and the challange.the 5 week thing is so spot on daniel :) nikon d3000 no preview screen so take a pic..zoom in,adjust focus on scope, repeat untill happy lol head ach. but well worth it.
Nice view of Mars with polar poles ! clean and bright Spectacular view of Moon with great definition and perfect Mediator line Nice and clean view of Jupier ! You must go on ! Thank you Young fellow !
Very nice work!...I've been wanting one of these scopes for awhile & I think I'll get one this Summer, after seeing these shots it's a much better idea than spending the money on a short holiday somewhere I think!
