Hello Sir! We have seen your RU-vid videos w.r.t trust registration process. We have a query with regards to registration of Charitable Trust: Facts: 1. Operations of trust commenced in FY 2018-19 2. Provisional Registration granted on 21-07-2023 3. Form 12A not filed till date (it had to be filed within 6 months of commencement of activities (which was 18-19) or aleast 6 months prior to expiry of provisional regisration. Provisional registration is valid till AY 2026-27) Query: 1. Whether existing 10AC is valid for proceeding with 12A registraiton 2. Whether we should file fresh form for provisional registration under 10AC Kindly Assist!

Sir one doubt, after opening another FCRA account as per our choice can we deposit deemed foreign contribution like interest on FD, sale proceeds of this account in another FCRA account or should we deposit only in SBI NEW DELHI FCRA account and transfer the same to another FCRA acct near zs please guide
In our opinion, FD Interest, any sale proceeds should go directly to the FCRA New Delhi Branch. Only bank interest on utilization bank account is not possible to deposit, so thats allowed.
How to revise form 10B ? when I try to revise form 10B there is no option to select file type like original or revised. When I try to upload revised form 10B, portal is showing error message : Wrong form type is selected. Please guide how to upload revised form 10B.
