I changed the brake pads on my car and I never pushed the caliber in. I don’t wanna mess up my royal star so does the caliber stay pushed in then you take off the c clamp to put it back on the bike? Or r u supposed to leave the c clamp on while you put it back on

Should the old grease be removed and new grease applied to the splines?

I’m having trouble putting that bottom back long screw back in. It won’t align properly so it won’t go all the way in.

Thanks for this I've never messed with anything beyond dumping more oil in the thing but it was easy enough to change the alternator with this.

Which alternator you got for replacement?

BULLSHIT!!!!!!!!! I just spent 2 hrs trying to free the rusted rotor. It's still on the car. The rotors don't just "slide off." Why don't you tell us how long did it take you to free the rotors????

Wat about break grease on the the metal contact points and pulling out the slide pins, cleaning them and lightly lubing them up with syl-glide?? Compressing the caliper piston??

I gotta get me one of these loadrite trailer. Nice and easy.

Brakes work a little better when you grease the shims and also clean and degrease slide bolts.

Hi, I have an 02 Spirit VT110C that looks about the same as this one. After you take the wheel off you show a view of the final drive with the end of that collar sticking out. I need to know which end of that collar goes into or facing the final drive when its reinstalled. One end is slightly smaller and shinier and I'm not positive but think that end is inserted into the final drive on re-installation. Does anyone on here know if that's correct?
