poor way to grip the electrical tape and too much coushion wrap and then an already thick and heavy towel grip wil make the racket handle very heavy and the racket will becom difficult to play with.
I just recently change to towel grip, dude you don't how much I needed to see that end cap wrapping.. lol it is so hard to make it at right angle. Also that bump with cushion wrap is new to me too. wth thank you
You could! But it just won't be waterproof and I think Viktor used it for adjusting the thinkness of the grip. But feel free to test anything that works fpr you
the cushion won't makes a different! (but I've tried other brands one they're thinner so need more wraps) and for the towel only yonex's ac402dx are as thin as ac102 after done gripping other brands are thicker if you don't mind them
Because in single you have more work to do like defence and attack and sweat more while double you have less work as you know 1 player up front and back so you won't sweat as much.
excally the sweat is the reason! and it's faster to switch from grips, adjusting from short to long and forehand to backhand. But there's also some player using towel grip, I guess they just have really sweaty hand xD
I never knew of left handed grip and right handed grip. Always used a right handed towel grip which my stringer puts on. Do you really think as a left hander, left handed grip would be a difference?
That bulkier form on the Victor was curious. Just bought a pair of Victor shoes and while they look quite bulky in shape, there's no denying it's much more comfortable on the feet. Also ended up with half a shoe size higher than my walking shoes - a couple of other shoes were still a fit with my normal size, but there's a reason why it's better to try real shoes on when choosing your shoe. Time will tell if it's as heavy as it looks, but noticed no problems so far.
I have a Morton’s toe and wide feet, what shoe model would be better ?? Right now I wear yonex shoe size 8, I have blisters everywhere and my toe nail has come out
hi, i wanna ask about p9200 vs p9500 which one is better? i saw ur videos and p9500 looks bulkier than p9200. and p9500 is u-shape? because p9200 variations are more v-shape than u-shape. it's kinda hard for me to choose. thanks before
Electrical tape is for preventing any water form enter the wooden handle! And cushion wrap is just to get some comfort and a softer feeling so it won't be like holding a sharp wood! Hope that helps :)
The difficult truth is that not all of the pro players we know today use even the top 10 best rackets ever made, some maybe are suited for them, but for normal players like us, it is too difficult and won't be suitable, there are many other Yonex rackets that are better than this whole list, which are easier and has more power, unless you're a pro who can perform with any racket, I believe only a real good racket and help us, instead of those mainstream ones we know today.
@@shuttlefever8268 is it because of u shape bro ? And also say one thing if its v shape like in victor p 9200 should we go 1 size higher or .5 size higher or no need ?
I have recently just used an overgrip but it increased the weight and feel of the racket too much. Just curious how much the average towel grip weighs?
Hi I recently bought yonex DX grip off eBay Love it thin feels like a super grap but one issue am I gripping it wrong? I’ve used the custom wrap except the tape and I like it when it goes damp due to this I’ve got a cut on my thumb now? Shall I use less powder? Thanks
Hey! Love to hear that you're loving it! And sorry to hear that it hurt you:( from your description and my experience, it could be that the wrap is a bit too thin for your hand. Or! The wooden handle from the racket is a bit too sharp. Maybe another layer of the cushion wrap, or even the base tape will help it. Please let me know if there's more question:))))
Also, which is the best string? I was planning to get the Yonex Aerobite Boost string on my Yonex Nanoray 20 as I feel the racket lacks power. Please advise. Many thanks.
I think strings are personal choice and play style! Each strong has it's own unique feel and specialty. I personally love aerobite it has great control and good sound and nice feel. But some power player might prefer BG80 or BG80p. If a double player wants a hard feelings control stings aerobite boost is a great choice too!
Quality?? I just think didn't enough research. Another brand not top brands having good quality good design and good protection with afford prices. Anyway shoes isn't simple like quality design and protection, another aspects will definitely what the best shoes.
I’m not sure about that brand you talked about. I made this video by my own personal experience and people’s thoughts around me from all levels. The shoes listed is a recommendation for people worldwide. These shoes are probably not the best is all the aspects but they’re definitely worth the trust.
Yup! I think starting on top will be better coz the starting point can be the same everytime and that will be good for consistency. However I think for us starting from bottom will be easier to learn :)
