Put an easily removable tape on ur mouth when you sleep, ❤it will stop you from mouth breathing, in ur sleep, and if any reason you an breath, you easily be able to break the tape by opening ur mouth, even while ur sleeping

@@losersniper because skinny is not much better than skinny fat. If you’re skinny fat you could still not get visible abs after cutting . It would be best to bulk or do a recomposition phase
I been doing this since I was a kid. Just cause I always thought a strong jaw was heroic. But also nobody in my family is a mouth breather. Now as an adult and knowing of the benefits I continue doing this. I can sleep mewing now
