Their RM specially vikash and Kamal and third party broker like tresspact and investor clinic are among the worst people. Anyone can meet in his entire life. Please stay away from these cheater. They just make all false promises before buying property and once you are interested their trap. You are ruined. Not a single words they will comply by. Also, extorting money in name of late fee is very common in their property. They themselves will not complete the construction and due to this if bank delay any payment they will start imposing late fine. They have made whole process so complex and bogus. That, once you buy any property from these, you will be wasted for entire life. Telling from personal experience. Think 10 times before dealing with them and investing.
No Trust on Signature Global anymore, for best customer friendly builder are, M3M, DLF and Godrej, If someone has good amount of money, avoid Signature! go for more reputed builder, people regretting investing in Signature. Signature global's entire staff is very sarkaari, hardly responsive to any query by their own customer. few channel partner affiliated with Signature are also Fraud, one of fraud channel partner is Jaguar Land Base, this dealer has defrauded with dozen of signature customers yet Signature does not listen to customer grievance . DLF, M3M Godrej are best.
This is the most controversial project , builder promised to delivere this project in 2014 but delivering in 2024 .. 10 years delayed and construction quality is very poor also
