I have the one with circle grip and it is so much easier to manipulate than the standard handle, I highly recommend that Root Slayer for ergonomics alone but it is a BEAST on roots, Russian Olives are my nemesis and that Root Slayer brings them down faster than anything I have used.
It does a fairly good job at basic digging as well. You could easily use it to transplant a plant as long as you dig away from the roots and don't damage them during the digging process.
GOOD REVIEW.... I was wondering if I should get the LONG one, or the shorter ROUND handle one????? So thanks for the advice on getting the round handle one.
I like the the shorter round handled one because you can get on top of it and get more leverage, I'm over 6 ft so when I lean into it it is really effective, the round handle allows you to get creative with your grip which is nice when in confined spaces or other odd positions. If I had to choose one it would be the circle grip.
Gotta get myself one of those shredders because I never own a shredder in my household ever. Gotta need one very soon because me and my family has so much unused confidential documents we don't need anymore
It may be less exhaustion, but using a power saw to dig through soil, quickly wears out the blade, and one would easily go through 4-5 blades, when trying to dig out a large bush.
