Would be a disgrace for anyone to pay someone for the gruesome crime😢😢😢😢 I still think alot of people are involved and it breaks my ❤ that 4 beautiful people had to lose their lives couldn't they have just left them alone...
And if she had some new evidence she would have to present it to the judge and prosecutors. It’s always mandatory for the Defense to do that but it’s okay when the prosecution withholds important evidence that can benefit the Defense. The scales of justice are crooked and in favour of the DA’s and other states workers.
A two man team could get to the second floor balcony. In some images I see a piece of corrugated metal as part of the overhang in a dispaced and damaged condition, like a foot tried and failed to find footing.
This guy has an entire novel of stories how everyone that has ever been arrested in the last 2 years in the area is somehow involved in this case and is taking a plea to act as an informant against BK. His story gets wilder and wilder as time goes on. Every time he reads the PCA now he gets a new theory. He is like the main character in the movie “Beautiful Mind “
There was no evidence that Bethany had any exculpatory evidence. The man on the defense team who said that does not have any credentials that can be found. The prosecution did not suppress her testimony, or did anything to her. They went with a Grand Jury probably because Anne waived the right to the speedy preliminary hearing paving the way for them to go the GJ route. I doubt Prosecution made any decisions based off of Bethany, and why would Bethany have any exculpatory evidence on anyone accused of murdering her roommates? How would defense know she had exculpatory evidence? Where did the defense get that info from? If they have the exculpatory evidence, I'm sure Bill has it already.
They talked about bail in the beginning. The Prosecutor said he was a flight risk. Keep in mind Bryan is not from ID, so he doesn't qualify for bail anyway if there was evidence because he has no job or shelter waiting for him in ID, and they will not let him go back to PA to wait for his trial as it costs too much to extradite him back if he fails to show for trial.
She definitely knows alot more and both were apart of the gruesome crime.... so which means Bethany and Dylan weren't the idaho 4 friends to begin with.... it still disgust me what happened... they will hopefully get in jail soon... it will all come out
Thank you exactly people are so stupid or I hate hearing always been framed. Who the hell would pick at nobody to frame use your heads yeah like he said there’s been no bell. She’s grasping at straws and I think she likes the media more than anybody.
I always go back to other similar crimes where a roommate/s survived while everyone else did not, and more often than not, they were completely unaware of what happened to their roommates and sometimes didn't realize until hours later.It's sad that folks would rather believe these girls had something to do with it, than use common sense and put themselves in their shoes. They are victims, too. They will carry the question of what if only they had realized what was happening and called 911 would they have all still died? I wish people would stop with the unverified accusations.
Oh thank the heavens there is finally someone talking sense on this platform. I believe this too. I think it's why he waived his right to a speedy trial as well. He planned on what he'd do if he were caught, in my opinion. In a sense, he planned his defense when planning these horrific crimes. I'm quite frankly done with all of these channels and their far-out conspiracy theories based on absolutely no facts and pure speculation. So glad to find you again. Please don't stop reporting the facts! ❤
There are hundreds of people who are innocent that spend years in prison for a crime they didn’t commit. Their lawyers never got them out on bail either. One man from Idaho spent 20 years in prison for a rape and murder he didn’t commit.
I still get a feeling DM and BF wanted the 4 gone and they made sure of that.... even tho the one video where they were all impersonating each other.... those two and Molly them should all be in jail....
What part of seasoned interrogators "CLEARING DM AND BF" do you not understand? It's hilarious if you actually believe students under the age of 22 could lie...keep their lie straight and get seasoned interrogators to believe it.

@@user-uo8ez3be1g first off no one knows what Bethany saw or heard, as that has not been reported. We only know a summary of what DM saw and heard, and not what she actually reported to LE. The PCA is vague for a reason. They may have photos or video of BK in the house. We don’t know for sure why they didn’t call 911 sooner, again you can only speculate. But for the State to be seeking the DP in this case they must have a solid case, and the fact that no one else has been charged, also shows to me that your thoughts of the roommates being somehow involved are just not accurate.

It was written by Patsy for only John in order for him to leave the house and quickly go to a bank to get the funds. During his absence, Patsy would have time to move the body out of the house.
Unless he’s in protective custody. Which he is as they build the case against the fraternity boys and sorority girls who committed and were accessories to this horrific crime
There's been no evidence presented as of late that the fraternity/sororities were responsible. I doubt very seriously. I've never heard of fraternities/sororities ever doing a crime like this, ever. This is a one man job who's mind is totally whacked.

I believe BK perceived Maddie and Kaylee especially, and perhaps Xana, as well as the very types he lusted for but couldn’t attract. In itself, this was delusional. Almost always, Greek women date and partner with other Greeks. Not only was BK not a Greek, but he was some years older, enough so to put him out of range. I see the attack stemming from acute frustration exacerbated by the trouble BK was having at with his TA supervisors at WSU combined with rage that had reached the boiling point. The morning of 11/13/22 was go time. The house was quiet and only four cars were parked in front of the house. The lights and gone out one by one. BK hadn’t planned on Ethan being there, and he hadn’t expected Kaylee to be in the same bed with Maddie. He figured all had been drinking, making them easier prey. I think Maddie was the main target, and perhaps Kaylee. Xana and Ethan were just in the wrong place at the wrong time. Regards from Moscow.
There is ZERO connection between BK and ANY of the victims. It has been stated in OPEN COURT. No stalking. No following on social media (all proved to be fake accounts).

Bullsh*t conjecture rationalizing her behavior. There is NO EXCUSE for waiting 8 hours to call the police, especially HOURS AFTER discovering the bodies. She was hiding something, whether it was drugs, an affair while cheating on a bf, or some type of involvement & needed time to get her story straight or hide or dispose of embarrassing or incriminating evidence. She will be destroyed by the Defense & rightly so.
Excuse me being late commenti g,,but you are soo wrong about there being No blood.,nor IF all were killed in beds.The photos Seen in Kitchen, Good Vibes wall and Cuboards were Sprayed,splattered with blood.! Forensic pathology said it was trajectory from Weapon being arcd ,slashed from arm extended! So a pod on Why No blood??? is waste of time.

Just because she saw him, does not mean that he saw her. He was leaving, after taking out 4 people, his adrenaline was through the roof, there was a neon sign on the wall, which would have shone in his eyes as he was rounding that corner into the kitchen.
The 1122 house had an incredibly large area for parking. There may have been only 4 cars parked out front on this night but if a DD Driver was dropping off food at the door, they wouldn’t be driving around looking for parking. They would most certainly pull up closer to already parked cars in the 1122 driveway. I can’t think of any DD Driver I know of who wouldn’t do that.
The fact of the matter is Occam's razor doesn't apply here just because they have a suspect and that's the simplest conclusion. Suspect does not always equal perpetrator(s). I dont see the one piece of dna as a slam dunk either unless the prosecutor is hiding more forensic evidence which would be a big red wiggler in an overstuffed can of worms that i think will burst open IF this goes to trial. The purposeful destruction of the most crucial piece of evidence the house itself before a trial or verdict rivals the speed of the time it took to commit the crime according to L.E. that just sticks in my mind as a wtf?!! The vague descriptions of the scene suggests one hell of a mess along with defensive wounds as would be expected by the horrific means the wounds were inflicted. If so many people are convinced of this mans guilt I'm missing something as the information I've seen thus far seems to raise more doubt about the integrity of public and private institutions in the area.
The house was unusable. Floor boards and parts of the walls had been removed. The acoustics were no longer the same. Additionally it was a huge bio hazard.
I hope you're no longer wondering because according to Brett Payne's crime scene report Ethan was indeed BEHIND THE DOOR. And Xana was visible from the door, on the floor across the room, up against the wall of which the blood was running down the concrete outside. FOUND doesn't mean Ethan was hidden, it means that Hunter was the one that got the door open and SAW Ethan.. it wasn't meant LITERALLY.
Nowhere in the pca.Does it state ethan was behind the door. Please point me in the direction of where that's written. He said ethan was in the room.. That was the extent of the description.
