@@rocketrodlover Rocket Rod Lover ... Great Name! And you are absolutely NOT wrong! I would rather that Disney just treat us like adults and be honest about their decision making. I find that them acting like they did us some big, moral favor pretty insulting.
Stumbled upon another video who claimed for a time that there were *briefly* live scare actors in the Haunted Mansion. There was a ghoul, knight, mummy and phantom. The phantom was named Erik from Gaston Leroux book and the roasty toasty that was in the popcorn machine near the mansion was the likeness of the phantom.
@@TAM94114 I remember the Knight for sure ... I may have been a little too young to remember the others! The Phantom I learned about after we made our New Orleans Square video. Apparently, he used to hang out near Main Street a lot and the Roastie Toastie is based on him. Learn something new all the time. 😆
@@RemainSeatedPlease2023 I was able to snag 2 reservations at Trader Sam's, one at the Blue Bayou on my last day. and going into Walt's apartment. What's there to be excited about?
@@TAM94114 My only advice would be at Blue Bayou ... when you arrive, ask for a table along the railing, closest to the water! It's the best! We did the Walking in Walt's Footsteps Tour back in 2019 ... I hear it's different now but the Apartment was the Highlight! Just enjoy it and soak it all in!
@@RemainSeatedPlease2023 thanks, that's the plan at Blue Bayou even if it requires me to wait a little longer <G> It's funny how the Main St tour is shorter, yet $60 less expensive than the Holiday Time tour with reserved seating for the parade
@@TAM94114 There is a bridge that passes over Buena Vista Street ... of you're walking into the park ... the mailboxes ( my favorite secret ) are on the left under the bridge and Atwater is on the right under the bridge.

@@AnaheimParkTourist That was kind of our goal with this Series! We wanted ALL of our favorite Secrets from each Land! You get bits and pieces from Provost Park Pass, TPM, etc. and then our own research and experiences! We wanted all of them in one video! It took a lot of planning and O.C.D. but we're happy with the videos!
Ahh! Rainbow caverns is on big Thunder Mountain! That’s really cool. Really good eye Heather for spotting the Mickey tail lights! We’ve never seen them either ( until now of course) we love grizzly peak, it’s one of my favorite areas too. Loved all the family photos, those kids grow up way too fast. We’ve really enjoyed this series 🥰
@@BobandKellyGo I Love Grizzly Peak! I think it's the best chill spot in the park! It's decision time ... shut 'er down or keep this ride going? We shall see ... 😆
Thanks for that and sharing the wonderful photos of your family! I love Grizzly Peak, nice place to relax, near Grand Californian and the tributes to one of my favourite bears , Humphrey. I'll check out those extra things in the car in November during my visit.
@@RemainSeatedPlease2023 Of course! and thanks to you I've got a place where I can go sit in the shade for a bit (anongst alot of helpful things - however after the D23 announcement about what's opening in the land on 11/15 I joking said that I threw my plans into the firepit.
So sorry if you experience sound issues! It sounds perfect on my phone but the volume is way too low and then way too high on my tv! I guess it's a sign ... if we're gonna keep going, gonna need some new equipment! 😉
We love Cars Land! Probably our favorite place in DCA. We’ve actually spotted that hidden Mickey before! Didn’t know about the light ceremony though, that’s cool!!
CarsLand is one of my favourites. I love that hidden mickey and the nightly Sh-Boom is a highlight. the Curios wasn't open in October 2022, thanks for giving me something to look out for in November.
@@AnaheimParkTourist Appreciate that! Lately we've been shooting very last minute thanks to our Summer schedules! But we were able to shoot that well over a week ago thanks to some unexpected free time! Ironically, Jace and I are heading down to the basement right now to shoot what may be our final video ever ... Grizzly Peak! 🥺
What no bloopers! You guys are one take pros! I love all the date references at Pym Test Kitchen. We also love Jace’s “let’s Go!” In every intro! We’ve really enjoyed this series!
@@BobandKellyGo We only have 2 videos left in this Series ... deciding where to go from here! Jace's school and sport schedules are only getting crazier and I don't want to do this alone! 🤷🏻♂️
You guys are awesome! Thanks for the shoutout! Yes we do have to fix that only riding one ride together situation! We are real family…what?! That took more than a minute to get out 🤣 much love to you guys
@@BobandKellyGo I write up everything so it usually sticks in my head easier than Jace ... but this particular night, I couldn't get out the most basic sentences! 😆 I was going for a Vin Diesel kind of speech ... probably didn't come out right either! 🚗 🛞 🤣
We don't spend a lot of time in Avengers Campus so all of these, just like the earlier video are new to us! Actually, we knew about the Christmas lights.
Being a Marvel fan , I knew about the parking and tree. But was curious about the crane! I'll have to cruise on over and check out those folks Disney content.
Glad we could show ya something new! Ya ... it's usually Jace that struggles because I write the scripts and have them memorized better! But not that night ... I just couldn't get out the most basic sentences! 😆
The office light is such a cute little nod to Walt The shower stations could be handy on a hot day. We forget how to talk in front of the camera all the time x
@@EmmaJonYoureWelcome He was exhausted that day from Football and Baseball! Then he and I filmed last night for Avengers Campus and Pym Test Kitchen! It was my turn apparently, because I couldn't get out the simplest sentences! 😆
@@RemainSeatedPlease2023 same I’ve been waiting 5 years for it considering they announced it all the way back in 2019 😂. Yet it’s mid 2024 and they still haven’t broke ground on it. They showed more off about it at last years d23, so here’s hoping this year they actually build it!
@@RemainSeatedPlease2023 definitely! I’m tired of the blue sky stuff that usually either gets budget cut or canceled 😂. Also I just hope we get a few decent announcements for the California Disney parks. Last d23 a good 95% of all the announcements were for wdw
@@BobandKellyGo That stopped in the early 60s but they brought them back for Retro Night ... that would've been fun! But the line to meet them was hours long!
@@BobandKellyGo Jace was on the Struggle Bus that night! Poor kid is juggling some AP Classes, Football Weight Training and Travel Baseball ... then trying to sneak in some filming each week!
Thanks for the shoutout! I've really been enjoying the videos, but Tom is ok going forward <G> Oh, the knowledge recieved has paid off, I was watching a streamer in trip planning and informed that the little character in the popcorn turner is referred to as a Roasty Toasty.
Its cool that the lawyers are represented in the park. I love how the parks have little nods to the people that helped create them These videos are so interesting. I love the bloopers haha xx
@@EmmaJonYoureWelcome We've had a good time making them! I think the bloopers are funny but I included them mainly to show we're having a lot of fun together! I have been known to waste a few quarters in the Starcade! Crystal knew about the shelves, I never paid attention to them until I saw your video. Yes, we miss the Peoplemover and the Skyway!
I really wish they would take a bulldozer to Tomorrowland! And then just build an even better Space Mountain, PeopleMover and Skyway! That's all I need ...
So soo about the WDI! I never in a million years would have noticed that. Next time I’m stinky in Disneyland I’ll remember there’s a shower in Toontown! 😂

Thanks for giving more to keep my eyes out for in Fantasyland. I did know about *some* of those and saw iin 2022 when I went. Is the boat dock seating still open? looks like a nice spot to chill, especially with that cheesy garlic pretzel bread from Edelweiss. The Boat Dock is still open and available! It's my favorite spot to relax in Disneyland! I used to take all 3 of my kids there when they were little and let them nap in our stroller! 🥹 Sadly, those days are over!
