Hi Mentor, very interesting video. I want to download the notes, the Dropbox you provided in above comments is deleted. Can you upload again pls Thanks
Carbs are the the primary energy for humans. Carbs are harmful to human health. There is no such thing as a balanced diet, there is only a proper human diet.
The best of best thing that I can do for crush course lectures is to ask my God to give long and better life, then possible please make all the courses like how how our nutritional lecture did. Thank you.
I would usually never critique a history video like this, but this appears to be part of an actual curriculum on US History, so I treat it with much more of an academic level of scrutiny. Usually, I would just point out the factual errors, as in the first paragraph, but since this is an actual educational document of sorts, I had a couple of much more particular items to point out. I hope you do not take offense, none is intended, and I really hope that in some tiny way my input helps you to make better educational videos in the future. At 3:47 during a section on World War 2, you state that Roosevelt created 14 Points and that France and Britain were reluctant to embrace them...which is wrong on multiple levels. For one thing, the Fourteen Points was President Woodrow Wilson, not FDR...and it was after World War I, not World War 2. And at 10:00 during your examination of the post WW2 USA, you state that Robert Lansing replaced William Jennings Bryant, which did happen...but it happened in 1915 and again had to do with the administration of Woodrow Wilson. I wonder if these two errors were placed in this on purpose...perhaps to see if any students would know enough to spot them? Quick suggestion...just a simple thing you can do to tighten up your organization and labeling a bit. Try to take the identifying labels you use as seriously as you can...so if you say that this unit is going to cover up "into the 60s" then you should try very hard not to stray out of that time period. For instance, at around 4:25 you introduce a section on the Civil Rights Movement, but say that you are going to cover that subject through the late 1970s...but anything from the 1970s should be in a different unit...at least according to your own labels. But then when you actually cover the material, you only discuss events up to the 1950s, so again your saying the unit would cover up to the 1970s...and there is no need for the issue to ever even arise if you had just not said anything about covering up to the 1970s...it just should have never been in the script. Then, after you have said you would cover to the late 1970s, but not talking about anything after the 1950s, you move on to a couple of different subjects entirely, but then switch back to Civil Rights to talk about the two major civil rights laws out of order with the March on Washington that preceded them both...and go on to finish up with 1970s events. Why not move the stuff about the Beatniks and abstract art to the end after the Civil Rights Movement, and why not limit the Civil Rights timeline to the 1960s to adhere to the label in the title...or just change the label in the title to say that you would be covering up through the 1970s.
@@coopersmithcareerconsultin5107 You are welcome...the content of the video was generally good, it just had some organization issues. I am still curious if you did actually put those errors in on purpose...mostly because those are really the only factual errors you really made. Well done overall.
Hi, I love cooking and would love to become a professional chef. Also, I would love to see a lot more videos from Ya'll cause classes are pricey these days..........
20:37 Aren't "most nutrients" carbs, fats and proteins? If not what is considered "most nutrients" that differentiates them from "DRI for energy and macronutrients"?
I have a question when talking about a low carbohydrate diet. I hope I don't sound uneducated here.. Wasn't it stated that vegetables are carbohydrates? So why do people always think of bread and sugar or fats? So if somebody were to be on a low carbohydrate diet, could they eat just veggies high in carbs and still get enough energy from those? If somebody were to cut out pastries, starches almost completely and also sauces/fatty additives. They wouldn't still be at risk of elevated ketones, would they?
Many veggies, like cauliflower, zucchini, tomatoes, lettuce, etc. have carbs, but are very low in carbs relative to baked goods. Some, like corn, are higher in carbs. But the general answer is yes, you can get all the carbs you need from vegetables (protein is a different matter, though some veggies are high in protein as well). Cutting out pastries and bread is certainly doable and great if you have the willpower (though as they say, it's really all about the moderation). Low-carb veggies are considered excellent food for diabetics. Higher carb veggies maybe a little less so, but they're certainly better than simple sugars found in cakes and candy. It's about portion control and each diabetic should certainly discuss appropriate portions with his/her doctor.
@@coopersmithcareerconsultin5107 thank you for some reason there only offering the class online and I’ve seen many people on rate my professor saying how incompetent the teachers were and how hard the class was. In truth I assume they weren’t 100% committed or they were taking to many classes to study effectively. Once again thank you.
I never allow my doubt to steal my chances of letting Dr Madida on RU-vid help me and indeed he didn’t failed me and his medicine did not fail me either in healing my Human papillomavirus.
