Is your diabetes well controlled? Thrush can trigger a tight foreskin, this is more common in diabetics, so good control is important. Hi there an emollient is applied to wet skin all over penis, foreskin, glands, testicles. Can do whole body, then wash off, don't slip. If you have a tight Frenulum then likely will stay tight. If causing pain, then can be removed or cut by a urologist.

What if you’re circumcised already ? Mine keeps recurring , no bacterial , no fungal .. been to many drs .. I do wash with soap , usually antibacterial, I will stop that , but asking if it’s possible you get even if circumcised already
Thanks for the video. I'm circumcised and very happy. Just have to adapt with lubricant. This is helpful for sexual stimulation. In SA HIV is still rampant and does affect the HIV rate here..
