I think the new underground parking area that seems to be coming tomorrow I think it could be a courthouse building with the parking lot inside as I don't see why they would only add a parking lot and not do the building that is also attached to it. I don't know just an idea guess we will find out tomorrow when the update comes out.

Maybe if they add fishing then players would have to buy a fishing license but if they don't have one while fishing and caught by law enforcement, then they could write them a ticket just like for a red light or speeding
