Hi. I installed the lock together with the keypad. I've already had a multimodal gateway. Everything is working fine . I created a permanent code and often I create a no limit code. Everytime I create a second no limit code, this last doesn't work. I cannot have two no limit codes active at the same time. Why?
I have tested on my own side, there is no problem when creating multiple permanent codes and multiple no limit codes, all work, no code gets invalid abnormally.

Hello I bought a gimdow like this with smart keys (remote controller) and a common smart door sensor. Can they be linked so that the gimdow avoid to lock if the door is not fully shut? Do I have to buy a specific door sensor? I wanna avoid someone accidentally locks the gimdow with the smart key when the door is not fully shut yet because in that case the vertical deadbolts will come out hitting door frame and floor.
My video shows auto lock gimdow when the door sensor detects the door is closed properly, the door sensor cannot resist the locking signal from the smart key.
I saw that your contact sensor works in the app with the GIMDOW. If so, can I programme it so that the gimdow starts locking only if the door is fully shut ?
All I want is a sensor that dialogues with the GIMDOW and avoid it locks even when you order a lock by app or by smart key. Only if the door is completely shut
@@vitovalentinosforza540no, the smart key and auto locking linkage control are separate control, my video just shows the auto locking control once the door sensor detects the door status changes from open to close. In other words, even the door sensor detects the door opening, when you press on the smart key to lock gimdow, it will still lock it on.
on top of the battery slot, there should be a reset button, press and hold that reset button until the voice prompts "clear successfully", then release the button, the lock can be intialized in this way.
the same smart key can control 2 locks, but the pre-condition is that you have to bind the 2 locks with the same smart key and enable "multiple unlocking" in the setting of the smart key.
If your smart watch support 13.56MHz IC card simulation, you can just create one blank access card on your watch app and add the card to the device. Or if your watch app can also learn with an existing card that is already added to the device, just learn the same card on your watch and you can use your watch to swipe on the device for unlocking.
@@wind-thunder Thank you for the reply, unfortunately no go to working with Samsung Galaxy 3 watch, the NFC tag feature doesn't work for this unfortunatley. Seems silly they wouldn't enable this feature or take advantage of the technology already in use.
The Original App for this Gimdow lock no longer in Google Play. 1) How to pair the keypad to the lock? 2) How to sync the devices to multi mode gateway like broadlink.
purchased jc400 in March 2021, and in November 2022 it stopped working because of a faulty sim housing. i have asked many electronic labs to fix it, and not one technician wants to touch it. i end up with more than 200 USD dash cam that doesn't work, it means that more than 200usd went to the trash. my advice to the buyers if you want to buy this cam buy a cam with a warranty and guarantee to make your money worth it.
@@GATECards you have misunderstanding on the gateway I meant. The gateway is from tuya, it doesn't matter what generation of the google speaker you use. Google speakers are not the gateway in this scenario.
