I came across this video when I was watching shorts video, so went into Google & got a video of 'Maspie den Falkland ' and it looked very interesting, also a nice water fall, - a nice walk on a sunny day, so thanks for sending it to shorts video.
Nice one loads of information. We plan on doing this at the weekend but having a camp somewhere along the top. Do you know if you can park over night at the carpark?

Went up there today, the loch was lovely, but the steep ascent up to summit to the left from approach was tough, and had the most excellent grey cloud descend upon me and ruin my view... It peaks up there at 890m, higher than I thought.
In 1999 my girlfriend (now my wife) and I visited Perth. We then took a bus intending to visit the Hermitage. The bus driver told us we've reached the destination. We walked into the forest, but we did not enter through the official entrance as we had to go through some wire fencing. Then we walked on a path in the forest and had a wonderful time. On the way out I think we used the correct way. There was a little cafe across the highway. We ate delicious scones there prepared by a lovely old lady. Then we took a bus back to Perth. I wish I remember where that place is. I tried searching on Google Earth but I just can't remember. I plan to visit again next year and find that place. Hope you have some clues.
After watching this video, we decided we had to visit The Hermitage during our trip to Scotland, last week. WOW! the place is truly amazing, and so tranquil. Thanks for posting this great video Cameron, as without it, we may never have discovered this wonderful place.
