You know when you've reached the top of the Dark-wave Community by how many RU-vid music hosts decide to leave a comment, even if, it's only one word. They're not as openly vocal about their praise, as I tend to be, because they're not music review writers ― Nevertheless, this is why people like myself are here to give a written aspect in the community. As for someone who writes for a major label within the music industry, my ❤passion for Dark-wave, Dark Synth-wave, or more commonly referred to as Goth music, probably due to my 'maturity' as an original 80's Goth-Kyd. Just think ponder about it for a while, if it weren't for a global pandemic lock-down to force-out everyone's inner 'shadow self' we all dealt with our frustration, as well as angst, into Dark Music. This concept was first theorized by the famous Psychologist Carl Jung; establishing a major professional conclusion that everyone should get to know and openly relate with our 'Shadow Self' so our 'inner demons' are slowly depressurized inside of our psyche. When it's response becomes collectively encased, it reacts much like a pressure cooker ― When left unattended for to too long, then result is explosive. When people become emotionally explosive, then those latent factors from repressing the 'Shadow Self' will fester and rot from within our souls, which is exactly when we truly become ― Evil. Night in Athens subconsciously responds to this long-form explanation of the mind's manipulation of negative reflections, it's then flushed out to discharge through a release valve effect, which is darkly cushioned against Vox NIA('s) deep vocalist measures. Even if, 'Wasted Reflektions' is a Night In Athens third album the impact has been felt on a global scale. "Words Unspoken" is as groundbreaking in the same way Mareaux's "The Perfect Girl" cascaded ripples throughout our social aether. A proposed 'aether' is a name for the fifth element postulated by Plato, amassed from the many worlds theory by the existence of outer celestial spheres, that are believed to surround our own existence. Why does any of this matter..... ??? Music does ultimately transcend into any of these extra-dimensional spaces, because unlike other art-forms' ― Music is alive. These accolade of mine about Vox NIA is resulting from some deeply felt truism's. Not many musicians reach this level of exploration, much-less create such a stir within the Dark-wave Community. Once again, I must ask Vox NIA to be patient, so that the music's effects become fully saturated into the various cracks we see in the concrete sidewalk as we walk through life. Your very talented and these videos are highly polished; but, better yet, they showcase everything your about in an unfiltered perspective. Vox NIA enjoy the ride..... !!!! (Note: Sorry for the long read, but I became entranced and went with the flow.)
