Just some random music stuff. Trying to stay away from tunes that are up dozens of times and sticking to original vinyl rips, no remastered nonsense, just the real deal. The majority of what I'll post will be from 45's but there will be the occasional album thrown in for a change, as well as some old shellac 78's (10" and a few 12").
Everything posted is from my personal collection and there will be a mix of styles, 60's pop, Beat, Reggae, Ska, Blues, Soul, Gospel, Country, Jazz etc. I'm also posting music from around the world so it's not all going to be in English. Explore the channel and hopefully you'll hear something new and interesting, or at least new!
Było to w 1977 roku. Trudny i przełomowy rok. Zwaliły się na mnie trudności różnego rodzaju. Taka muzyka pomogła mi je przetrwać. To dzięki Grechucie, Rodowicz, Brekautom, Dwa plus Jeden i Smoky. W następnym roku 1978 ruszyłem naprzód i rozwinąłem skrzydła. Dziękuję ❤
Do you have the French version of the Monsieur Dupont single that was released in France? I'm interested in its B-side - which is the French version of this song, Voice in the Crowd (Écoute ma voix). For some reason, no digital copy of the French version of this song exists online.
A big hit in the UK for ... Brian Poole and the Tremeloes - The Beatles (on an E.P. - registered big on the NME Top Thirty bestselling records chart; E.P. and L.P. sales weren't usually registered on 'singles' charts) and The Isley Brothers gave it a run for the money. What an era! Thanks for all these little treasures. ;o)
A neat version of a film theme tune .. about the same time as 'Day Of The Triffids' (take your pick which was the feature and which the 'B' movie). What an era. ;o)
Singing along (even now, after all these years) .. a different world. The Danish winning tune was a delightfully odd Jazz-Folksy-Pop outing. What an era! ;o)
Hi Scat, you won't remember me I'm sure but I am Keith Goldhawk's Sister known as Terri. You were all very good friends in your teenage years. I remember Keith and I watching you perform on Ready Steady Go. It was great to watch and Derek was lead singer as I remember. Sadly Keith is no longer with us but I hope that all is good with you and Derek.
