I have many Kz iems and D Fi .D fi is one of the best but latest the smoothness of the mids of of Libras balance version is starting to win.The only drawback for me is the too much bass it masks a tiny bit the things that's a why I mod it and now it's even better.I think KZ has to put more iems with the same relaxed 3000 hz pina gain or make even higher 3.3-3.5 khz Pina mids- tuning .Its nice for many hours of use because hi hats, trumpets, female voices don t become tiresome..I also propose to make a new refined HM 20 with the same subdued 1-2 khz mids because it's VERY nice ! IF I could tune an iem I would make an HM 20 with the technicalities and the bass with the switches of the Hydro..(Just my opinion) ❤
It definitely work, cable, drivers, getting better on sound quality. Been audiophiles for 30 yrs and every tube amps, speaker cable and interconnect needs to burn in before the real sound really there, I'm pretty new on chifi but it seems the same as home high end set up unless either the cables or drivers shitty then it doesn't really make a differences....
In my experience burn in works. Simgot EM6L's earlier this year. They sounded better, which is to say really great, after 2 weeks of burn in at night hooked to my gaming PC. Burn in works.
It makes sense, I guess it's maybe true because that's what we do in loudspeaker's. Once burned-in, the connection points loosen, letting the driver move in and out more freely. the audio quality will likely be noticeably better after the burn-in process, though the improvement is generally gradual. But that's in loudspeaker's so in theory I believe it does the same way in IEM.
Temho um Kz Zs 10 pro x e o burn in de pelo menos umas 200h foi necessário para deixar os agudos mais suaves e os graves mais presentes e menos achatados. Agora estou no processo com o kz zar. Baita fone de ouvido que já me apresentou um som agradável desde out of box. Porém vi que antes do burn in o som parecia tímido, e agora já está se soltando e ficando encorpado.
Burn in is a myth made up by companies, in a hope that if people take the time to burn in equipment they don't love the sound of the return policy will expire by the time they're done and the person gets stuck with something they don't like.

maybe burn in makes a minimal difference in the sound, but its doesn´t bring a significant change of the sound. I use iems as monitors in a band (drummer).
We just need a 13.6 mm driver for bass and balanced armature driver for treble fur low price do you understand and it should be comparable to sony mdr xb55 earphones no more fancy and glittering multi driver audio system in our ears
Hello, this is rajsekhar iam using kz castor now i under stand it is a good earphones but after listining more than 1 hour my ears start aching so i have to take break for 15 minutes and after that is ok and i start pairing with kz blutooth adapter aka kz az15 which is a nice but ot also start paining ears due to its weight iam having apple earpods and lg tone free meridian tuned one which are weighing 5 gm each side but kz castor along kz bluetoot module weighs15 gms which is way more, but sound quality compare to apple airpods lg tone free way better and kz need to implement its own equiliser because it is not pausible to get FLAC audio files so easily files every thing is online which are not detailed much compressed one present but the real music present in flac songs which are very detailed . Previously i used kz ED09 which are light weight good and the shitty earphones i used are kz zs5 which are very bad and bass in these earphones are muffled. And then i shifted to shure se215,but they had broken,kz should undetstand from one plus which develop their own equilizer and so that tuning of that song done by that equilizer and for kz blit tooth adapter they need develop dual pairing mode for laptop and mobile its very difficult to switch between laptop and mobile like one plus buds or rwalme wireless ok but during heavy traffic in india they tend to fall on ground due to shear weight it ok on home but not outside finally they are good
Your packaging has been bad lately. By giving some random earbuds. ZVX no longer has memory foam. D-Fi supposed to comes with 3 different earbuds(memory foam / white Starline / tornado silicon) but you changed all to black Starline.
