I love the steps, way better than the kind that fold into the trailer. You mentioned the front cover to the trailer was solid, yet I noticed you easily bent it in with your fingers, that looked pretty soft to me. You mentioned that you've owned up to 15 Rv's, I'm sure you have an opinion on the schwin slide out. In your opinion, is it good or not? Also, I wish you had sat on the recliner and reclined, just to see how far it reclines. Overall, pretty good review.
getting a Caledonia 5 nxt week after a bikefit with it my first endurance bike which I should have bought 10years ago as I dont race now and I`m older 65, selling my out and out race bikes my Colnago C59 AND Dogma F8 which I both luv but now I need comfort and bigger tyres more than speed and yes those saddles r the best bought 2 recently luv them thanks.

Thanks for watching 40 cm. I really like them they’re cool looking and they are very comfortable but it’s not like a game changing thing. but I probably buy them again. They are definitely different looking in a good way that might be an acquired taste.
The nice thing about our Ford lightnings standard range is that it’s easy to figure out how many percent or miles have been used by electric usage since we have about 100 kWh of usable battery. So for instance, if your air conditioner uses 1500 W per hour than that’s 1.5 kWh and therefore you’ve used 1.5% of your battery per hour rough numbers. I just like that it makes it easy for me to do those calculations in my head on the fly that would be about 3 miles of range per hour

Yes I agree with you somewhat the only advantage I would say with the towing package is on the standard battery is it does keep the batteries cooler it’s extra cooling for the batteries so they don’t get hot and you always have that extra cooling so hopefully, this is hopefully this is all new technology. It will last longer the batteries that is that is my thought process kind of like engineering what it is if that makes sense maybe it won’t play at all. It comes standard is adequate but yes, I would love to have the extended package, but the towing is automatic quit for what we do most of our trips within 200 miles. We would only have to stop in charge and charge a campground. Take care God bless.
I don’t understand why Ford offers the maxtow package with the small battery,makes zero sense since your range is dismal towing that heavy. Truck is nice ,well equipped but range in real world is too limited especially in cold weather , the ext battery should be standard. Best of luck with the truck. 👍
It would help your presentation if you upgraded your camera so you don't have to wave your fingers in front of you phone. Or ask 'honey' to hold the camera. "Crappy counter top molded ....A 17" stove kind of useless, odd placed hooks in bathroom to hang swimming trunks, " First time I've heard these words for this trailer. I do not like the light switch in inside the kitchen inside a cabinet to turn on. That is really weird. I have looked at the MKE along with some other Designs. Hard to choose. It’s an easy fix. You can pop off the little plastic cover. At the back of the console, where do you think the hinges would be .and there’s a couple little springs one on each side. Take a nickel and stick underneath the spring between the spring and the plastic that’s all you need to do and it’ll open and close properly just kind of a weak spring. Yes ford should upgrade all the springs
Yes, we did took a huge loss on it, but I was just getting tired of working on it every time we came back home to all the fun out of camping. Out of all my RVs in my lifetime it was by far the worst always something to repair I don’t know if it was built on a Fridayduring Covid or what?
You are spot on! We have the exact same year and model. The fit and finish in ours is crappy like yours. And so much is completely different… our panty door opens right to left, our lights are not rocker switches but are touch/dimmers, all of your electrical outlets are in completely different locations than ours, we have a cutting board on a raise and lower arm to the left of the sink. Yes a lot of the cupboard frames are wrapped in white contact paper that was peeling from day one. There is also white caulking spread from hell to breakfast to try and cover up mistakes! I knew all this going in. We liked the floor plan and the price point. We have friends with a $240.000 Mobile Suites with many, many and worse issues that we are going through. 😢
Lol it definitely has a certain niche that it feels. The range on it is horrible for towing but towing is incredible for the hundred miles lol thanks for watching.
Awesome video. I need to make my own video and post it on my 2022 Alliance. I had over 50 major problems the day it arrived, brand new. It is still in the shop today and has pretty much been under repair since I have owned it, only have taken on one trip over the last 2 years.
Thanks for watching. I’ll tell you how bad it was. We sold ours about two weeks ago traded it in. I was basically 15,000 in the hole and I was willing to put up the 15,000 just to get rid of the thing I was getting so tired of working on it cause we camp so much, so we got a grand design and we’ve been on it three times now and we absolutely love it. We haven’t had a single problem with it yet. I’m not saying everybody have luck so far so good so glad to get rid of the alliance makes for sale much more stress-free camping, I know things go wrong. I’ve been camping for many many years and I had probably 12 different RVs over the years. but the lion was the worst, always something little going wrong with it. I would have to repair almost literally every time we went out. Take care God bless.
Yes that is why I got the 150000 mile warranty 8 years. And I didn’t buy the first year it was out. The motors and the battery is a good motor from the research I have done. But time will tell. It is a nice driving truck. Super smooth and it will go.
