You don't win, zeno is weak in terms of raw strength but in all honesty whis would clap you bc zeno's ability to destroy universes without lifting a finger isn't because of his raw strength it's because that power was bestowed upon him
Power up means like forms and stuff, like how far they can power up, strength means powers in general, like if they have hakai or in zenos case, erase everything
