Yes - these flat pack panels need to be lightweight to allow them to be moved. Its a fine balalnce between size, weight & portability but once built these are sturdy as they lock together. The side panels are made from 0.60mm box profile galvanized steel. Full info is available on the technical tab on the prodcut pages on our website www.budgetshippingcontainers.co.uk/flat-pack-containers/

HI Joseph, yes we can, but probaly only when the flat pack was origionally purchaed from us. There are a few factories producing similar copy designs (but not perfectly identical), so we would probbaloy need to know which factory built this origionally if it wasn't purchased from us.
Hi karl, yes this is made from a 40ft (high cube) this configuration has 63 seats, the max seats posisble is 74. As these are all built to order there is a high degree of customisation available.
The power needed to operate a roller shutter would make battery power an expensive option we think, We've never done a battery powered one yet, but we'd never say it cant' be done. As a guess, plugging in a small generator may end up cheaper overall, (less good for environment perhaps, but a typical user will only use this for very brief periods??)
@@BudgetshippingcontainersCoUk no you put a solar panel on top of the container and use a small winch to pull open the shutter and closing is free due to gravity there is no environmental issues.
Sorry to hear Ricky, if you purchased one from us we can help you here, we have plenty of trucks available that can lift and move a loaded shipping contianer, but these 'sidelifter' trucks are very restrictuive how they lift and its important to get the empty dropped off in a suitable loocation. (the availability of sidelifter or sideloader trucks globally does vary a lot also)
this is an electric bolt seal cutter, available for sale to UK customers here: www.budgetshippingcontainers.co.uk/sales/electric-powered-shipping-container-bolt-seal-cutters/ (in reality, we'd suggest generally more viable if you are running a warehouse or similar and have to cut bolt seals many times per hour or day)
Hi Bridget, sorry we're unsure about what you mean by this lock? the shipping container shown in this video doesn't have a lock on it? (however local shipping container suppliers should be able to help. (google 'shipping containers for sale' - avoid looking on facebook marketplace as its full of scammers!) sorry we cant' offer to help in Canada ourselves currently.
Hi Daniel, this video has us building the 2.1 x 3m flat pack. You can see more info on this product from our website: www.budgetshippingcontainers.co.uk/sales/flat-pack-storage-container-3x2-metre/
Thanks Brizzle, this tex brand and colour is a very common one, prices will vary over time quite a lot with shipping containers, but yes we're selling at a very similar overall price in the UK today.
Very true, in reality the padlocks we sell have anti pick features. picking a lock like this would be beyond a traditional opportunist thief (and if a thief is determined and tooled up, no level of security is going to prevent them getting in we might suggest?) , but we have at times installed a variety of secondary locking mechanisms to help customers with serious security concerns. Combination padlocks that fit into a container lock box and are easy to use and of a very high quality is somthing we are yet to find.
Sorry for the delay responding, anything is possible but we may suggest some better options to get you a nice garden room or similar. Giving us a call to discuss your options and access woudl be a great first step here. Freephone 0808 1234 215 if calling from UK.
Hi Gary, as a commodity, a bit like petrol, prices do go up and down almost weekly. Its impossible for us to list prices on a video that stays online long term. We do list prices for our most popular products on our website (ex delivery) and you can also contact us for a formal quote and get prices inc delivery within a few working hours. You can view our online ranges here: www.budgetshippingcontainers.co.uk/sales/
@@BudgetshippingcontainersCoUk Is there anything like this in the United States? I wish they had giant heavy duty casters on the bottom. It would be perfect for modular storage
Well your company would make alot of money in the USA...I'd like have one to. If not, give me the blue print or hows its made so I can build one for my home.
Am I able to frame out the inside of this Container? Can I screw into the base unit and the top of the walls (are the tops of walls box sections?) thanks in advance
Hi Rob, top rail constructions vary but box section is less popular in modern designs. Yes frame out the inside to do your own line out and insulation, try and avoid any screws into the metal al all (this will reduce life considerably), the frame should be more or less free standing (but right up against all walls of course)
Hi Jason, no we don't. We may be able to help here, these have a genuine CE mark, but we're not going to know what other legal requirements there may be form retail sales and importing into Australia. You are welcome to get in touch and we can look into this with you. enquiries@budgetshippingcontainers.co.uk FAO Chris
