Big up Ralph 👊 Couple of points, The North Face basically make mountain/outdoor gear that's what he was referring to. In that context piss take basically means you're a joke to me you're selling footwear but when my stuff hits the shops you can't compete - I'm gonna "take the piss out of you" 👍 I don't know the details of it but basically Bugzy got beef with The North Face because they trying to get him on the cheap to promote their gear because he is the "Face" of the North.
It’s called pound up or penny up. You throw £1 coins at a wall. Whoever gets closest to the wall. Then flicks up all the coins and shouts heads or tails.
