Hello, so once I receive an LoR, how can I use this at employer’s application form (say more than one application at various companies) where LoR needs to be uploaded - In simple terms how can I transfer this LoR ? Thanks !

In my previous experience the school also sent a set of questions to the recommender along with asking the recommender to upload the letter. If I use interfolio will these questions remain unanswered or what can we do to help complete those questions?

There is not a set of questions given to the recommender as part of the dental school pre-doc (AADSAS) application. Are you referring to a different application?
I appreciate the compliment! Yes, you can put any "due date," and Interfolio will send that due date to the letter of recommendation writer so that your letter of recommendation writer knows that you want your letter of rec submitted by that date.

A committee evaluation is a specific type of letter of recommendation where a committee at your university, like a pre-health committee, writes and submits a letter of recommendation on your behalf, instead of having individual professors write and submit letters of recommendation for you. You can contact your pre-health committee or advisor to see if your university does individual professor letters, or a committee letter, if you don't already know the answer to that. Hope that helps!

For example, instead of your passport, use one other government issued ID with your photograph and signature (e.g. driver license or identification card) and one other ID with just your signature (e.g. credit card, debit card, library card, social security card). Yes, there are typically a few questions for the same cubed structure, and then a new cube structure with a few questions, similar to how the questions are presented in the video.
After you've followed these steps and confirmed that your DAT score was sent to at least one dental school, you'll know that ADEA AADSAS will also automatically receive your DAT scores. At 1:58 you'll see the ADA's message in red font at the top of the webpage that confirms this.
What do I put for the personal message section if it is originally coming from Interfolio? Do I add the same message that I previously sent to the people who wrote my letters initially? And then copy it into there? Or do I add something different into the personal message box?
You can write anything there - the personal message won't actually be sent to anyone since the Interfolio software will initiate the transfer of the LOR to AADSAS. You can just write "thank you."
Hi I was wondering if i can still request letters of recc even though they have been completed by my professors, just never requested them thru the ADEA application cycle and cannot do so since he last date to enter Evaluation requests for this cycle was 2/2/2024 23:59 PM EST. Can i still send requests thru interfolio?
The 2023 AADSAS application cycle ended on 2/2/2024, so you can not transfer letters of recommendation in May 2024 for the 2023 application cycle. The first day to transfer letters from Interfolio to AADSAS for the 2024 application cycle is 5/14/2024. Hope that helps!

@@lena-xk6jg You're too early for submitting letters to AADSAS for the 2025-26 cycle. If you submit letters to AADSAS now, they'll be deleted. Instead, you should collect the letters in Interfolio for now and then in late May 2025, you should transfer the letters from Interfolio to AADSAS.
Very helpful! The only problem I have is in the first example, how do you know that cube 8 is there? (5:46) I understand cube 12 as 13 needs to be attatched by the side, but i dont see the need for 8. Thanks!
I can deal with this tip, is very helpful, but my main concern is that what if I am not given a white board with the grid lines already there? Would I have to recreate them in the same places like you? or should I just do a horizontal line and multiple vertical. Also, is this really allowed to do before the PAT? Am I allowed to write on the whiteboard on every section of PAT? Also, I heard that is prohibited to erase what we had, is that true? Sorry I have so many questions D: Thank you!
No worries - it's standard to be given a whiteboard with grid lines on the DAT. You can make these on your whiteboard at the end (but still during) the science section, which is before the PAT section.

Hi, I took calc at community college and then my 4-year school accepted it as a passing grade despite getting a letter grade at the CC. Would the AADSAS take the pass or the letter?
Great question! AADSAS requires you to upload transcripts from each college you took courses at, even if the credit shows on another transcript (e.g. your 4-year school's transcript). Therefore, you'd send in your transcript from your community college and the transcript from your 4-year school, and the calculus course would count as a letter grade.
