I like my one ,better tyres better motor not expensive ,just going to mod the steering better axle ends from scx24 not the whole axle . Maybe a servo change .
For the price you can't really complain. The Diff gears seem to be all steel as well rather than the softer brass in the axial so that's nice. Not keen on the hard body or where the body pins are located. Can you turn off the indicators they always annoy me like who indicates on the trails 😂. I'm looking at doing a brushless conversation on mine using a $5 blheli 32 esc $4 motor mount pinion and spur kit and $8 2000kv surpass hobby outrunner. Hopefully it all works if so it's cheaper than just a normal comodo motor. Nice video 👍🏻
Surpass has some good motors it’s what use to run my Betty and my 8x8 scx24 custom yeah this is a great builders truck!! Love it and the scale detail!!
I bought mine2 weeks ago, and was blessed with the12t gear set, tried to get ahold of FMS, but to no avail, seller won't return my messages...so I ordered a set from Fair RC the next day.... and they still aren't here, FMS, you suck for doing this, and Fair RC is even worse for gouging, why is it so dang hard for companies to do the right thing?
the bed you made for the truck and extended the back wheel base super cool, I’ve only had mine a little over a week, got to take it with me to Silverlake Sandune‘s lake Michigan had a blast, love the super slow smooth crawling, then hit second gear and it’s out of here that’s super cool, I did just subscribed I’ll be following for more, this is the beauty of this awesome hobby yeah love it catch on the next one peace and chicken grease 👍👍😎
It’s equal in my eyes. And I haven’t come across something that’s equal but it is too short stock!!! Still great I think they have trailing arms someone made for them tho that make it longer without the scx24 links
@@haydenkeeslar6348 sweet ya I have 4 scx24s so was thinking of selling one to get an fms or just buy it lol. noticed it really needs to be extended so that works. digging your rigs on your channel man, that Betty looks crazy. I haven't messed with brushless yet in any of my rigs

@@jayf2487 yes it was only 20 HOBBYWING EZRUN 18A-SL a.co/d/623fbmQ it’s 25 now but not bad!!!! With all these price increases these days! I like it depending on the pinion size you can find for it depends how slow you can crawl but mine go decently slow but not super slow it’s just so controlled and very powerful I have the system in my Betty and 8x8!
