I have used exactly the same twice, and It has run, I have only used eyeliner and mascara, even yesterday I got a little in my eye and caused burning, I was sweaty, to be clear. When I bought it at store, I asked if it was waterproof, I was surprised to see that it is not. A stain has moved to my upper eyelid, I have not used it with eyeshadow but I do use primer on my face before applying makeup. Any advice? Thanks
