Hello and welcome to my channel. I particularly like making videos of areas which are changing so that we have a record for future generations to see. I also like to video other things that may be useful to others and sometimes random things too. Please check my playlists too. I hope you enjoy them. Please subscribe and share my videos. Thank you.

@termisium3706 Check to see if there's a crack or split anywhere, and if there's a seal missing where the bulb holder connects. If so, you'll probably need to replace it.
I used to work here. In the Cambridge Bld. Third floor was the Newcastle College Marketing Dept. It was the think tank of the early campaigns and upwardly put the college on the map. Headed by Max Hamps and Sandra Gowar, PR Team. Circa 1992.
Brilliant video David, much better than Hitchcocks one as you included a number of sensible tips and great close-ups of positioning and fitting all the O-rings. You are obviously a methodical and experienced old school mechanic. Many thanks.
@joeblogs-vx4ep . The clicking noises at the Cemetery were workmen carrying out maintenance and repairs. The rustling noise is the wind on the microphone, it was a bit windy at times there! Sorry if was distracting. Thank you for watching.
Hi. If you look on their website, you'll get an updated price. It will be different now from when I bought this one. There are other suppliers too, which will come up if you google it. Thank you for watching and your question.
I have no idea I'm afraid. I'm sure that info will be found in one of the many articles available on-line about her life and death, or from her fan club site. Thank you for watching. 🙂
Not at all. The cold start position is when the lever is pressed down. I did find though on my particular bike, that it wasn't needed unless very cold, but may need it pressing until it warmed up a bit. Hope this helps.
@kennethpointer7229 . Hello again. No, never had any problems with mixture setting or plug fouling. I did also later change to a plug from Hitchcocks (possibly Iridium, cant remember for sure though) , but don't really think I noticed any difference. I took my time to set the idle and tick over settings and it ran lovely, as long as you don't let the fuel get too old. 🙂
I was 7 years old, on this very road, I ran out into it and was run over, I was in hospital for from what I was told at least 2 weeks. I was very lucky not to have died there.
wow!!! that first photo is of Mary travelian school ! the infants was a seperate school to the left of that block - i went to both 1967-72 ish - i remember our sports day on that grassed area ❤❤MEMORIES !!
So the slipping noise you're demonstrating there -- was that the chain jumping slightly? Because that's what I'm dealing with at the moment on my 400. The front chain guide is completely worn but the main thing I'm trying to figure out is why my tensioner adjustment nut is able to rotate both directions without snugging up and the blade itself has very little up or down movement. Trying to figure it out before I pop the head so I can have all the parts lying in wait..
My chain wasn't slipping on the sprockets, but the play in the chain was allowing it to suddenly jump forward when the tension was released. Hope this helps.
Hi Alan. I don't I'm afraid. This was just me putting my old one back together. Sorry! I hope you manage to get it done OK. Thank you for watching and for asking though.
When you've finished the job, before driving the car make sure you press the brake pedal a few times to pump it up. Take your time so you don't forget anything. If you're not sure, take it to your local garage to get it done as it's a safety issue. Good luck. 👍👍
Hello sir i hope you are very well can you make a video front break pads change if you have any video please send me link thank your videos very helpful ❤❤❤❤❤ thank you
Good morning. I've posted a link below to my video on cleaning the caliper pins, which does involve removing and refitting the brake pads. You would also need to remove the brake master cylinder cap and push the caliper pistons back in too. There is another video on here by someone else showing how to do this. Thank you for watching. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-6LeH8Q8cQ5g.htmlsi=HS-SVNDeLCB5c_YF
My dad bought a TV from Bakers in 1990 I think, a massive 21" Sony Trinitron TV with a SCART socket, he may well have saw you on that day. Amazing how much Andover has changed, saddest part is now there is hardly any shops.
@@DavidGarside it developed a fault after 15 years where it lost colour, we then gave it to a friend who then did some spot soldering and sorted it. Not sure how much longer it went on but knocking on the door of 20 years at least. Thanks again for the archive footage.
Oh what was that advert on the radio of some Indian bloke saying his shop was on Westgate road next to the motorbike shop? I think there was a great kebab shop there too.
I just want to say a big thank you for posting this video. I'm a new Alto owner and was a bit worried about how far the clutch pedal went down before any resistance was felt. Your video has solved the problem. Thank you. 👍
