Helping students learn physics step-by-step. The Physics Universe channel provides video lessons for various levels of physics including College Physics, AP Physics 1, AP Physics 2, AP Physics C, Honors Physics, Regents Physics, IB Physics, and A level Physics. Instructors may use these videos as part of a flipped learning model. Students may use these videos for review or to learn new concepts.
After making the first video (derives 4 equations), a viewer asked about the fifth equation so I made a second video which derives all 5 equations. The third video is similar to the first but in shorter amount of time.👍
Yes! I just posted one on calculating free fall problems. I will also have projectile motion videos next week. Both free fall and projectile motion deal with objects only under the influence of gravity. The difference is that objects in free fall are moving in 1-dimension (vertically). Objects in projectile motion are moving in 2-dimension (vertically and horizontally). Good question!👍 ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-WFsjx4FosDE.htmlsi=nXQbzJWQOmjy698R
At 4:21 I’m solving for displacement (delta x). So I want to get it by itself. So I subtract both sides by 57.2. This is how I get - 31.4 on the left. However since both sides of equation are negative, the negatives cancel out.👍
thanks so much this should be taught in every physics class, really helps you remember everything and actually understand the equations youre plugging numbers into
Our spaghetti bridge was to BUILD a bridge using a pound of spaghetti and glue as the building materials. Then class competition to see who built the strongest bridge😂
