I appreciate the message you were intending, but results matter just as much as intentions. A lot of people can do really bad things with “good” intentions, since there’s nothing stopping people from defining their own subjective views of right and wrong. For example, the debate on christian scientists: should parents be allowed to deny their kids access to life saving medicine for religious reasons? One could say yes because they’re acting on good intentions, another could say no due to it being a huge health risk. Because of this, you must take the result into account. Having good intentions isn’t enough.
