There is a washer between the pcv valve and the block that you didn't put back in because you probably didn't realize it fell off while removing the valve....just sayin. That washer is there to fill the void between the block and the pcv valve.
@@tarek200jo I don’t know about German cars, but it’s worth trying. It’s not gonna hurt by disconnecting negative terminal for 30 minutes. After I did this for the past two years, I had no issues with the microphone.
As previously commented on, I was immediately concerned about Airbag danger in the A-Pillar (should have removed the A-Pillar cover and routed/secured the wire to ensure no Airbag deployment restrictions), as well as the noted rear window interference. I also question how secure the rear power wire is routed under the front windshield header....there is a ton of space between the header and the glass.....I bet the wire will fall back out and droop down in front of the glass. You pretty much have to remove the sun visor and A Pillar cover so you can drop down the header and then use gorilla duct tape to fix the cable on the backside of the header.....or shove it even deeper behind the header connection points to keep the cable from falling back out. Also worth noting is that tapping into the mirror power is fine, but will ONLY give your camera power while driving....You won't have any parking mode surveillance capabilities while the car is shut off and you are out of the vehicle. Other than that, you did a pretty good job of bringing this product to the attention of those looking for an integrated solution. If you only want a front facing camera, Dongar Technologies makes quick and simple mirror power adapters to work with virtually any dash cam. dongar.tech/
@@joefriday6324 thank you for your suggestions. So far this camera has been working great and the wiring not coming out from the front. I also repositioned rear camera to the right side, small rear windows opens up unrestricted. That one mistake I made
As others have said, the hardest part is removing the lever on the side of the seat if you don’t know what you’re doing. You have to pull the circular cover off, then use a very thin screw driver or pick to move the clip inside the hole. This video gives you a better idea and also shows how to solve another issue that might be causing this problem: m.ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-IkYDjYWTosU.html&pp=ygUbTWVyY2VkZXMgZ2wgcmVhciBzZWF0IHN0dWNr
Hey mate, taking delivery of my 2024 XSE very soon. Your videos are very helpful and well done. I will be upgrading the sound systems as you've done. thank you
@@nazarettos6987 thanks! After watching your video, I didn't see any separation into inner and outer pads, nor did I notice any difference between inner and outer pads?
I bought the same Camry new and kept it for 218,000 miles and 15 years. I took great care of it and the car was as dependable as any car can be. No issues and no leaks for 15 years. I never even had to service the AC!
@@sunking2001 same here, this Camry is so reliable and nothing needs to be done on this camry. I only had to change rear muffler and front oxygen sensor
@@nazarettos6987 The only thing s I had to do was replace all four shocks, front brakes twice, and rear brakes once. That's it. Every other part was original for 218,000 miles! That's unheard of. I sold it because I wanted the new safety features in a 2020 Camry.
I hope you answer a question I have with my 2020 Camry 2.5 Dynamic Force engine. The engine has just under 21,000 miles. I bought the Phoenix Systems 8006-B Double Ended Coolant + Brake Fluid Test Strips. Both the coolant and brake fluid tested to be in excellent condition according to the strips. Do you recommend changing both fluids since the car will be 5 years old in February? Have you tried these strips? They are highly rated.
@@sunking2001 i never tried these strips on the brake fluid or coolant. If the car has such low mileage i would not bother changing coolant also if break fluid looks clear and you don’t have soft brake pedal, than leave it.
@@nazarettos6987 Thanks for responding. I have heard both fluids will need to be changed because of the passage of time. Apparently, the brake fluid could absorb moisture, and the coolant can degrade on its own. I think I'll keep an eye out with these strips instead of spending money unnecessarily.
Excellent video demonstration. Very detailed and explained it very well. Thank you and great job. I’m sure it’s not easy working and recording every step but you knocked it out of the park
Fantastic video! I have a 2020 Camry (bought new) with the same engine. The car has just under 21,000 miles but in Feb. I will have owned the car for 5 years. Your procedure exactly matches that from Car Care Nut. I wanted to see another video to make sure the procedure matches. I had some doubts regarding "turning off the AC, heater, and fan, everything." I come from the "old school" where you turn the heater on. I'm going to check the cost to use Toyota coolant and will compare the cost of Peak that you used. Thanks for the video.
Just bought a 2009 V6 with 144K... Sold new in Oregon and has stay here with two owners. It looks and drives like new. Has all the options except a sunroof even rear dvd player. The GPS is outdated but works fine.
