Even though they wen't down the imagine dragons route, they are still AWESOME. Heard this song on the radio and i was like "who is this?" Turns out, it was shinedown. Love this song. I remember Shinedown when they released "sound of madness" amd they we're all over the radio then too 2008
I lost a childhood friend a few years ago and we used to hear this song over and over, singing it laying with our backs on the grass grabing our hands and looking the clouds passing by, I miss her so much, but she lives in this kind of songs, memories and my hearth.
