Another option is to provide low cost gluten-free recipes to families. So many families get caught up in buying high-priced gluten-free foods that they forget how many amazing, tasty recipes can be made from naturally gluten-free shelf-stable foods. One example is a casserole made from rice, beans, corn tortillas, enchilada sauce, tomatoes and cheese. Adding fresh ingredients like sour cream, lettuce, fresh tomatoes, onions and peppers is an option for those with access. There are also an array of naturally gluten-free recipes in Asian cuisine that are very accessible on a limited budget.
My health was horrible because I was diagnosed with Hepatitis B and I felt like there was no hope for my health because I was told there was no cure. But today I am here to let everyone know that there is a herbal medicine to cure Hepatitis B and other diseases because I was able to get rid of my Hepatitis B with the help of Dr.Auchi on RU-vid channel herbal remedies..🌸🌸🌸
I did 6 food diet with no success and now I'm 4 weeks into a new diet based on IGG food sensitivity testing but no success at all either... I quote from the video: 'the technique of taking topical corticosteroid is important and not to drink or rinse your mouth after to get maximum topical effect as possible' @ 58:12. So this is probably why topical steroids has stopped working for me... My most recent gastro told me to rinse my mouth after and even to drink water so the medication goes down a bit. But my symptoms never improved. He switched me meds a few times and then told me there was an anxiety inducing reason for my pain even though the scope shows EOE. And that there was nothing else he could do because we tried all the meds. I never thought that it was because of the technique. I've been dealing with pain for the last 3 years and trying diets with no success. Now I see what seems to be the answer in a RU-vid video rather than from the 2 gastro I saw recently. I feel so furious I cannot describe. Why the hell are all the gastro and pharmacists nowadays tell us to rinse our mouth after. My first gastro from 10 years ago never told me to do that and my meds used to work perfectly... Thank you NASPGHAN, after all.
Correct me if I'm wrong, i thought that herbal medication wasn't good for women not until when i came across with DR RORPOPOR HERBAL on youtube who cured me from Candida with his natural supplements. 💫💫💫
I’m 18 and I suddenly felt a constant pressure and sometimes a sharp pain right under my sternum and I didn’t know what it was and 3 hospital trips 2 chest X-rays and a ultrasound and they finally found out it was a hiatal hernia 🤦🏻♂️ I swear it can’t be that hard to diagnose. I literally have all the symptoms except burning and it’s in the right spot
i have it since im 17, been over a year dealing with it i feel there is a lump on my throat and excessive burping, never ever had heartburn or acid come up my throat how are urs situation going now bro?
@@Dannytran1905 the doctors said they don’t see it anymore I took a pill the doctors prescribed me with and did the heel drops and massaged it down and ate small healthy meals more often
@@Dannytran1905 Dude LITERALLY SAME. If not for the lump in throat, I wouldn't care for it. Lump comes and goes and it's annoying as fuck. The worse thing is, one of my favourite things to do is training at the gym. I gotta get this thing fixed asap.
@@justcaused6182 bro I have a sliding hiatal hernia and the symptoms go away and then comes back. I’m 28 years old and been dealing with this for 12 years, of course I’ve been free from heartburn for years because I do eat healthy. But as today the symptoms come back and yes I fucking hate it because I’m currently going to the gym and it sucks to do any activity. If I get surgery I’ll be off for months and all my gains will be lost, it’s so depressing I don’t even know what to do. I know my symptoms will go away but I just don’t want them to come back but last resort it’s surgery
@@SaitamaTerra2 I'm sorry to hear that bro, it really sucks. My doc was very very clear and he told me to find new sport because acid is leaking through stomach and is damaging my esophagus. It really fucking sucks. Have you consulted anyone about the surgery? I heard it might fail and it might even come with pernement side effects? That really scares me, otherwise I would have done it.
This is really instructional! I've been trying to research for a RU-vid video that educates the topics in this RU-vid vid. The part at 1:02 is my favorite. Your video is like the vids from this educational med student Dr. Ethan. His tips are helpful and he really helped me a lot on my school. He is the helpful health enthusiast in Nottingham and he talks about mental health and wellness. Go check his page out and give the doc a like! ➡️ #DrEthanMedicine

I strongly suspect the Rituximab therapy for many autoimmune illness treats the gluten sensitivity innate activity. My.kid has the celiac genes, neg for celiac blood tests, and has Minimal Change Disease. Prior to that hospitilization for angry kidneys, 4 years ago with a grain free, low carb, no toxic seed oils diet, she and I both got dramatically better. We already ate a good diet, meat and vegs and butter. We simply removed processed carba which for us was grains, thus wheat. Sinus infections have been gone ever since for us both. For her, 2.5 years of remission. then, grandmas. bread, bread, cake, and a side of bread. Diarrhea, rashes, mental regression, huge mouth sores, bloody cheeks inside, Came home to a kid needing a hospital visit. intuitively, I have zero doubt she is gluten i intolerant. As am I. As is my husband. Every year, he has a near anaphylaxis reaction or 3. Since going grain free 4 years ago, 4 years without a single episode. Also, his mosquito bites, instead of mountain size bites, are just itchy spots now. Oh, each and every Nephrotic Syndrome relapse, has followed a severe exposure to wheat. This last exposure has taken a clear 6 months to calm. Again, as I watch what Rituximab is doing for her, I suspect Ritux will help narrow down the innate receptors for gluten. And, look for scurvy, vitamin c deficiency. Oh, yes, we are finally , unquestionably, grain free. And, the close friends finally realize and believe us too. I suspect she was getting exposure from their daughter. Issie resolved.
