I'm a social worker who has worked in hospice and I'm just mesmerized by George and Justin. What a beautiful couple and what a bright light was George. Justin, you were a loving, patient partner and caregiver. My sincere condolences to you and to all of the people who loved George, which was clearly a lot of people. It's hard for healthcare providers when we can't change the outcome and I could see that on the smiling, yet concerned, faces of George's care team. Science and scientists have drawn too much criticism over recent years from the hoards of ignorant commentators that social media and politics unleashes. I have been suffering from excruciating rectal cancer for about 3 years. I want to volunteer for your next trial patient before I run out of time. I have always refused chemotherapy, traditional radiotherapy, and the colostomy bag. I have been following my own herbal/natural treatment plan. Thank you so much for this. My 1st round of chemo wasnt too bad but the 2nd round is tougher. The after effects of 33 radiation treatments have been and continue to be much bigger challenge for me
I always wash my skin with a mild soap that doesn't have oil or moisturizer in it. The soap removes the adhesive remover residue. I have had a urostomy for 8 years and have had no problems whatsoever using mild soap and water to clean my stoma during a bag change.

Why would you want to put cancer cells into senescense?? That's a temporary fix and usually results in inevitable relapses and chemoresistance. There's substantial data that shows that most chemotherapies actually induce senescence in a good portion of cancer cells which ultimately leads to recurrences and/or resistance. Why not study universal senolytics which target cancer cells since BOTH senescent cells and cancer cells share many similarities (morphologically and mutation burden). There are already such senolytics being studied such as FOXO4 blockers by Cleara Biotech and other broad spectrul senolutics with profound anti-tumor effects (EF-24 among others).
