This was hands down the most informative, balanced and positive thing I have seen or heard concerning the current situation in Panama. We have been following several groups over the past few weeks. Unfortunately, in the main, they seem to be populated by people with more rumors, conjectures and guesses that cold hard emotionless facts. In the main, all negative. We are not looking for rainbows and butterflies but we also don’t want to read about the sky falling. Your summary of the Panamanian economy, the mine and canal issues were so refreshing. You have single-handedly reminded us of why we moved here last week and why it is still the correct decision for us. We fell in love with this beautiful country and thanks to you still feel the same way despite these current issues. We didn't perform our November tours we had enough time to ask our clients about doing partial or better move the tour for another date. So we did that instead for now 😊

What about the rental markup. I heard that some agents will charge more than the owner wants. Maybe that happens when someone is buying. For example, owner wants $150K but agent list it for $200K. Is this true? I heard there was no MLS like in the US that things are not transparent

For those of us looking at the whole range of videos, if you have time to list the general contents and approximate time it would help. For example, and just making up some times and topics, "At 10:26 discussion of health care, at 20:44 a discussion of rental prices, at 44:14 thoughts from an expat living solely on Social Security" etc. maybe do this for a few items in future videos so we can easily zoom in on our specific interests.
