That was a very interesting tour of East Chinatown. It’s a shame how so many small businesses had to move out of there because of rising rent costs. So sad this is happening in many areas in Toronto. It’s one of this city’s great shames. We are losing the soul of the city. Having said that , I’m happy to still see some of the small Ma and pops continuing to stay open there. I appreciate all the little details that you tell and show us about in the areas you visit. For example, I like how you showed us the inside of that one convenience store that has a raised level. That is old school indeed. And I love how you show us a location from the movie A Christmas Story. Oh I’m definitely familiar with that film. One of my faves growing up as a kid. Need to rewatch it again as it’s been a while. Thank you Once Upon a City for another most excellent video. Cheers! 😀
I was born and raised in Toronto some of the videos you show I've never heard of these places and you're really done your research on the history of some of these sites keep up the good work 👍

I am so glad to have seen this stream in this general area as I was here in Christmas 2022, Thank you so very much for surprising me with the wrench and my name in blue, it was nice of you giving me that in this area where my son and I drove many times shopping at the chinese grocery store and buying veggie burgers and fries at that A&W place where all those tram lines cross in high winter with winds blowing, you remember Toronto had that 'nightmare before christmas' well my son was driving me out that night and others shopping christmas groceries and stuff. we had adventures car sliding in the snow, we were living more near Gerrard and Parliament before we moved to Riverdale nearby in March 2023. I enjoyed seeing some memories thanks again.
You can tell that Meghan leaned on Jessica for her identity. And she was her prime source of fuel. She discarded her when she met Harry because Harry became her prime source of fuel. I still think Markle is a bloke and this is why Harry really liked her.
