I think one of the major reason you had thick hair and later lost it had to do with pregnancy. When I gave birth to my son my hair was very healthy and long. Then I experience hair loss. So I think it was due to hormonal changes. One important lesson I have learned from your video is to stick to what your hair likes. And I will add that do not over change products . If you do, you will not know or see the benefits of a particular product. E.g use coconut oil for a period of about 3months in order to see the benefits or know whether it is good for your hair or not

I love mini braids and I have lots of patience, I currently have over 200 mini micro braids because I love them small, they last even longer and I feel like they look better, it gives the illusion of fullness because I have fine strands.

Don’t be nervous dear just use the powder that your hair love and please after you have washed it out follow up with a protein free moisturise deep conditioners so your hair will not dry out. I love this! I live in mini braids, I've had them consistently for 2 1/2 yrs...I do the same thing as you minus the water! I know people say water your hair like a plant but Ummm it's not a plant lol, when any other race puts water in their hair it's just wet hair but when ppl like you and me use water on our hair it changes and we have shrinkage, the only time I use water is when I shampoo and condition and its not as often as most people do on RU-vid lol...
