We really enjoy hanging out at the boardwalk. Usually for us it's Wildwood, but Seaside boardwalk looks like a lot of fun too! Those waffles and Ice cream looked amazing and it's nice of you to bring Gully home to a safe place for the winter...LOL Great Vlog. P.S. I appreciated the Parking tip in case we ever go to Seaside. do they shut the meters off for the winter?
@@monarchmiracles Yes ,they stop the meters from November to March, I also forgot to mention in the vlog that if you have a Handicap sign you can hang that on your rear view mirror and it’s FREE . We haven’t been to wildwood in a long time. We have to make it there one of these days. Thanks for watching!

I'm glad you got to see Brian. We really like him. This Vlog has gotten me excited for the end of our trip coming up because we plan to bring the train back to Lorton. We will be traveling in early November. I can't wait!

Hello Leo and Marie! My Mom and I are two Jersey girls (currently Pkwy Exit 135) who really enjoy your videos. We lived in TR for 13 years so a lot of the places you visit around town are like going home. We started taking the Auto Train 3 years ago and we love it. Planes and driving would both be too much hassle. The train is the stress free way to get to Disney from NJ. To make it even less stressful, we drive to Lorton the night before and stay at the Holiday Inn around the corner, sleep in until check out time, go to iHop for a late breakfast, and then head to the train. It’s a nice way to kick off the trip. On the train we always get a bedroom and eat dinner in the room. The Amtrak staff is always amazing! However, we are just DONE with waiting for our car. One trip we waited 2.5 hrs and were the very last car off the train (someone has to be!) Another time we were the 3rd to last. Sitting there having to actively listen for car numbers was not enjoyable. Since then we consider priority offloading to just be part of the train fare. It’s amazing how much easier it makes de-training. We enjoy watching AutoTrain videos and you are the only ones we have ever seen that have gotten video of the kitchen on the train (in a previous post) or setting up the bed in a bedroom (thanks to Julio for allowing it!). Thank you both so much for taking the time to take us along on your adventures!
@@disnycrayz5941 Thanks so much for watching our memories! We love the Auto Train and they got to know us, their hospitality is always amazing. As far as priority offloading we always try to get it but it runs out so fast they only let so many passengers do it and a lot of times we go spare of the moment. We want to try the shuttle to historic Sanford next time.
We just love watching you two. My wife’s a Jersey girl who I met 40 years ago at TCNJ. I'm a transplanted Philly boy who has lived in and loved NJ since 1976. Love Birds, enjoy and STAY HAPPY!!!
We've done about a dozen round trips. Worst delay we ever had was about 3 hours. We also had a trip with a tree down on the tracks that had to be removed. Another time, a brake issue that had to be fixed and another time when we had an engine go bad and we had to wait for CSX to bring a loaner. Add a couple of medical emergencies and trespassers on the tracks for other delays, but overall the latest we've left was about 6 pm and the latest we've arrived was about noon (back when the ontime departure was 4 pm and ontime arrival was 9 am). It's all part of the adventure. We love the train and always get a bedroom also. We also bring snacks with us (pb & cheese crackers, nuts, cookies, chips) because you never know.

Wow!! I really enjoyed this memory!! We are not big fans of the Journey of Water but we absolutely love EPCOT!! Never ate at Via Napoli but the pizza looked amazing! We also have to check out the Pass Holder lounge. Sorry you didn't get in the Butterfly House. Maybe next time. 🦋

The sculpture on the dobby horses is so wonderful, colorful and detailed. They are an artform of their own kind! We have a historical carrousel in our city they just added an ice cream stand I just might have a visit :) Thank you for sharing!
