Mine did same and my problem was in the long tube. I had cleaned everything else, took all apart and it had lil balls of hair had the tube stopped up even though i empty the canister everytime.
Mine is junk. Won't charge and I've tried every solution on the internet. This is a problem with Tineco products and they should offer a recall but they won't. I'll be moving on to another more reliable brand. Let me save you all 46 seconds on your life. Your Tineco batter is broke. Tineco will fix it for a fee.
I recently contacted Tineco customer support on their website. They responded within 24 hours to determine my problem and then issued a return label within a few hours. Have you reached out to them there?
Push the upper button with the whater droplet icon. You have to be sure also have water in the reservoir and it flushes the vaccum doesnt mean you are not going to clean manually after self cleaning. That self cleaning cycle is more if you are going to continue to use it right after you have cleaned and want to continue rapidly.
C’est un peu naze comme système de connexion mais ça marche ! Garder votre code barre et connectez vous manuellement dans les paramètres de votre téléphone à wifi tineco et après il se reconnecte à votre wifi maison.. c’est bizarre comme procédé 😅
Ma perché fate dei video impossibile io lavo con il pavimento quasi pulito e pure alcune macchie specialmente se sono appiccicose li tolgo a mano ,altrimenti non vanno via e poi non asciuga bene rimangono aloni bagnati, e la terza che compro😢
Kann es sein, dass hier won chip o.ä. berbaur wurde, daas das Gerät nach 2 Jahren "kapuut" geht und dann den Reparaturservice beauftragt oder ein Neuer gekauft werden soll. Wie es bei vielen anderen Produkten der Fall ist.? War auf jeden Fall mein Letzter!

I have 2 of these. I've called the company they pay to ship for repairs but got it back. I swear they never fixed it. They offered me a free roller or cleaning solution.Or twenty two dollars , but they want my bank account and i'm not going to do that.

I have this tineco floor mop. Barely used it. Gave me this exact issue. Called Tineco and they asked me to guess the month I purchased it. I gave them the month of the day I called. I went to print out the shipping code they sent me to send it back. Printer ran out of ink. Some time went bye until I was able to purchase ink cause its expensive and I have 2 little ones and was not able to get to an office store. When I purchased new ink I called back to get a new shipping code because they expire in like 7 days after receiving it. Customer service said ok, I was all ready with my new ink, they called back n said I passed the warranty month which was the month I gave them on the original call. I said I'm just renewing a code from the original call date, they said sorry nothing they can do. I said that's fine but I do think they could have been a little bit more understanding when trying to use a new code for the same issue where I wasn't able to ship out. Anyways I do take responsibility for my issue of bump in the road but they were not obliging. The tineco was great for about the 20 times I used it, but would never buy one again. Also if customer service was a bit more helpful I probably would have bought another tenico in the future.
Why is it necessary that the phone is also connected to the 2.4Ghz home network if it sends the wifi credentials to the device by connecting to an AP created by the device ?

I've had mine about 2 yrs, it never held a good charge and died a few mins after using, I could never get a whole room vacuumed before the battery died. Now, it shows full solid blue lights as if battery is fully charged but when I put it on the vacuum , the battery starts to flash red and it won't even turn the vacuum on. Now what?!!!
