In 3 weeks , I touched rim, I'm 5'9 200.... but did power cleans 225 everyday 6 times (my hardest every 6) after all the stretching exercises When u dunk come at it from the side ... better chance 💯
Yooooo sick!!!!! I am asian and mostly asian are small and i am 15 years old 5'6 guy who wants to dunk in that hoop. I thought that i can't dunk because of my height but i have a way to go this video has give me motivation thanks mannn💗💗
My first dunk was back in 1993 when i was 13 years old but now im 44 and cant dunk due to beer belly 😂 this video inspired me to get back in the game 😅
You're welcome and I have honestly moved since this review video and no longer havre the dumbbells! I didn't have issues with them at all but really grew fond of the SMRTFIT Dumbbells - they "look the part" and are much more functional!
