Surface hunting should be allowed...! I agree that digging should be stopped, and enforced! But when I am fishing and I see an arrowhead laying on the ground, of course I am going to pick it up! "I have the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness in America." Finding an arrowhead has been a joy to me for over 70 years! However no one should be digging up graves, and I would support any effort to stop digging up graves!
Proof these lands were inhabited before invaders stole their land. We need to give it back and integrate into the First Nations. That's the right thing to do.

Cape Kiwanda is fantastic it really is...and dangerous and the historic information I learned about the place is most intriguing mysterious and mystical nature and wonderous place. The Oregon coast is a fantastic place to explore and so many gorgeous nature trails to be discovered and endless amazing photo and video opportunities...the coastline truly can be dangerous so please drive very safely always and enjoy the many great camp grounds like the Harris Beach State Park Campground at Brookings Oregon it's awesome beautiful place and also the Barview Jetty Campground in Tillamook County further north ...the Oregon sand dunes are amazing as well. Hiking beach and coastline trails and exploring should be rather carefully each step because when ya walk the edge its dangerous in ways yet fantastic also...I've been exploring the Oregon coast for 2 months now escaping brutal cold winter up north and its amazing to explore all year round...and visit the Beautiful Historic Tillamook Pioneer History museum in a historic old Court house building and has been the museum for many years since the 1930s I was informed of when I visited. Love the Oregon coast and please don't litter and respect the beautiful places and have fun. I feelblike a spokes person for the Oregon coast ...it's just amazing and I wanted to share some supportive thoughts thank-you
It's sad that blood quantum is an issue to this day. The fact that ancient remains in the State's are not being fully examined scientifically is ideological nonsense. The fact is not studying the past is detrimental to the future generations. The idea a singal people group has inhabited an area for ten thousand year's is nonsensical. No human can claim possession of what is nature's, as such how can any human claim a rite to what nature has long ago demonstrated dominion over be it bone's, textile's or pottery? Also....why isn't C W D being tested for in deer remains across the State's...

I was wondering is there a place that a person can see all the live cams in the parks? It would be a cool way to check out the weather in the area. Or what the ocean is looking like
