Love your progress and what a nice surprise having your side hustle earn that much for this pay period! I’m currently earning a little over six figures but I had to work full time at McDonalds when I was in college two years ago. I’m in my early thirties and when I move back to the states I might try and work part time there on the weekends. It’s not a bad job at all as long as you use it as a stepping stone and don’t feel like you are stuck there and that’s your only income.
I like the idea of using your side income from McDonalds to fund your emergency fund. Having all the money going into your emergency fund will help you keep it separate and quickly grow your emergency fund.

Thank you Treasure Trunk, great advice! A lot of people have trouble budgeting long term. Mostly will be determined beginning the year, but the moment something we "can't be without" (or so we think) Budgeting gets in the way of instant gratification! you can't see progress, and then discouragement kicks in, and eventually give up.
