Hello, can I ask you a doubt. In Zhejiang University of Science and Technology, for international students does university authorities decides which dormitory in which we should live-single room or double room, Or can the international students can choose which room they want by themselves?

The university is good, but unfortunately the international dormitory is not well maintained, the dormitory rooms are like in prison, the mattresses are rotten with lots of fleas, the door frames and cupboards are full of termites, the walls are dirty, the toilets are old, there are only 3 washing machines for 100 students, some of which are broken and not fixed, the kitchen is dirty and not suitable for use, smelly, lots of cockroaches that are not cleaned, it seems like the university has no money for maintenance.

HELLO, Could somebody help me with a feedback? I would like to know if this would be a good place to study chinese language? I have only come across promotional content about ZUST. Can someone studying there and/or with knowledge of their chiense language classes, give me an honest opinion? It would be greatly appreciated.
The dorm shown in the videon is donghe building or tingsong dorm? (The website names those two types of dorm). And when there is shared electricity bills. How does that work? They have a fixed ammount for each person in the room? Im trying to figure out how expensive a single room can get and how cheaper a twin shared could be.

It seems donghe is like a km from the campus. Any advantage in picking donghe? (Like say more freedom of come and go or less rules, better location etc? Your personal experience?). @@grvgrv7244 Yes l do, l stay in Tingsong but donghe is better because you have advantage to meet some different people and have exposure than in Tinsong
