I like to perform Tenkai Pennies with washers and then move on to Holy Moly. "I showed you something with something, now let's see something with nothing." I appreciate your list and thoughts!
An electrician and a magician both are a mystery to me. Thank you for being an example that magic, which i love, does not mean I need to be a professional to enjoy. I can just enjoy it for what it is. Seriously, thank you.
I loved hide-a -key.....fooled so many people with the effect....Will definitely get this one aswell with both different key colours is a major factor for me. With Scotch and Whiskey I wanted to get that aswell but because of all the delays with it and poor customer service in my opinion from them I lost interest in getting it after waiting months and months....now I'm getting this because of your review Ian...cheers☘️👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
@IainBaileyMagic just seen that alakazam is releasing something something called LOKI. From the packaging, it could be something similar. Maybe you have to compare this too.
@@JoshDoesMagic Ah no that is a mentalism routine based on a Steve Cook effect. It's by Adam Dadswell. A brilliant effect! Keep a look out for when it goes live.
So clever using hoodie cord for rope tricks too. Sometimes I feel weird taking out a massive piece of rope during close up, this is a great alternative.
Hi Iain, that was one of the best EDC videos I've seen. I'm definitely going to purchase the Alpaca bag and Nest of Wallets. Keep em coming, most enjoyable.
I did a search on “best Swiss Army Knife for magicians” and this video came up! Exactly what I needed, thanks so much! This is ordered and will be part of my EDC. I also am getting a Signature Light for my “Emergency Lunchbox Stage Show” kit. Cheers!
Hi Ian. Just subscribed. I really think that you should also carry Michael Murray’s Dead Lock on your key ring. It’s deadly, especially combined with the magic app called the Architect of Predictions.
My website is with Shopify and they sell their own card reader. Some companies allow you to accept payments by touching phones via contactless payment!
Love Loops, it's the ITR that I'm afraid of now (didn't used to be). Ever since the first time the thread broke on me, and I had to take it apart. I'm really afraid of taking it apart and putting it back together. The more I use it, the more likely it is that I'll have to do that.
Interesting topic on SAKs and magic. I have a Climber but now carry a Manager (The best IMO, wonder why Victorinox discontinued it). I use the twizzers and scissors the most. Never used a SAK for Magic before though. :)
I feel most magicians have EDC wrong. If its not durable its not EDC. Every day carry means its rugged and can last tossed around in a pocket with your keys. I cant count how many "EDC" tricks I've seen that you have to carry on a seperate key ring, or pouch, or in it's own pocket. It's all wrong! But Magicians love sharpies too and other markers like Harbor Frieghts marker far out perform a sharpie. Dont get me started on the obsession with Bicycle cards...😊
