Over Easy is another one i like that is similar. The idea i get is that it's looking at the day to day operations of a diner. Hustle and bustle of the customers ordering, waitresses moving about, just all the "busyness" of a diner in the morning.
Love all his Brand X material and other bands, but truly I’d rather hear him with just a drummer or guitarist. He is too dense a player. He is as subtle as he is blatant. All the nuances are integral to the character(s) of his Wal. Absolute master.
Yes, both great drummers with different styles. Phil pairs up with John, and Mike with Percy. I know Phil is great but Mike is more in the pocket with precision.
😏🙏💕🎶GVB ❤️ First time I have heard this music. I like it. How did I miss it? Maybe it's just a little before my time as a child. The Beatles monopolized the beginning; Iwas born in '63.
Percy jones a master of course not only in technicality but in originality also But marc wagnon, van manakas and mover (the drummer) are such incredible musicians I'm too impressed with all of them
Первая заявка Patrick Moraz на чемпионский титул. Сражаться предстояло с Jan Hammer, Chick Corea, Brian Auger, George Duke и другими монстрами, включая Keith Emerson, от которого Patrick и получил благословение на реанимацию The Nice.
I can imagine Emerson pitching this work to the drummer and bass player and getting their reaction. "Huh Keith? Yu want us to perform This?" ... but they do a damn good job.
There was a forth person involved with these 2 trios. A manager, promoter, producer fellow who had visions of grandeur for this sound and kieth bought in
One of my favorite tunes from Product which turns out to be my favourite Brand X album. Lovely piano work by Robin Lumley on this one and he wrote this piece I think.
Thank you for posting. My first album was 'Night of the Living Dregs' recomended by a guitarist friend when it came out = totally blown away! Been a huge fan ever since!
