Why do you show yourself so much thru the video? Instead of showing the house showing us how every room looks like actually walking thru it vs showing you and the house in the back…. You can talk before and after and do voice over during the video … kinda a distraction and annoying sorry

Unfortunately, the HOA has had a hard time finding management which stays in one place for a while. A year ago the neighborhood landscaping plumbing fell deeply into disrepair and it is going to take some time to correct that damage to the HOA controlled common areas. You should know that there is a Community Enhancement Fee which can be collected from the grantor in sale. The fee is a quarter point of the sales price. The school is convenient.

I have a bunch of friends and clients who love it and they seem to have had a very difference experience. Do you still live over there? Maybe they just hadn't found the right manager fit yet. and on the HOA costs... when did you buy/sell over there? I just reviewed a closing disclosure for a client and there were just normal HOA fees ($400-$500)... nothing like a % of the sales price... but I have seen HOAs that do that, just not seen that on a Walsh transaction yet.

That's crazy! I have gotten to know some of sales reps out there and she let me know the price was dropping before it ever went into the MLS. Do you have someone helping you get the best deal yet?

Why would I want to bend down push it through that door and then have to bend down and pick it back up? Easier just to put a door there to walk through and put the stuff on the cabinet.
Ha! Definitely a little bit different but I think they did it like this to save as much storage space in the pantry as possible. But I agree, that setup is not for everyone! Thanks for taking the time to check out the home!
Hi Elsa! Parks of Aledo does have events and community activities but nothing in Aledo really compares to Walsh when it comes to amenities and activities provided by the community. As far as distance, Aledo is a great location for those who work at Lockheed. Parks of Aledo is like 14 miles and Walsh is only 10 miles. So you are looking at 15-20 drive times normally. Maybe a little extra with traffic. Where do you live now?
