I can tell you from experience, not only is the oscillator a WONDERFUL mode of ventilation, but as a patient, I can tell you, THESE ARE MUCH more comfortable than conventional ventilation! I LOVE the sound of the ventilator as well! I've been on HFOV before, and I'm an adult. I need no sedation when I'm on one because of how comortable it is. EVEN at a high Mean Airway Pressure, it's VERY comfortable!
Hi Aaron, At 7:03 the video mentions the treatment (3cc assumed) will last 5-8 mins. The neb will hold up to 6ml, the average output is 0.4 ml/min. Hope that helps
