come on man, let's just be honest here. Ubisoft sucks but it's not because of DEI or ESG or any of that bullshit. its because of their lazily written slop getting recycled over and over again. the only reason anyone complains about "DEI" is if the game is just not fun to play. most people don't really give a shit, as long as the game controls well and is fun they will buy it. shadows is probably going to suck because it's a 130 dollar Ubisoft product. Regardless I liked and agreed with the ishin portion of this video. it sucks what a disappointment it was, guess RGG can't cook every time.
I believe it's these DEI/ESG employees that are the cause of these games being crap and lazily written. But hey, I agree with this statement, I wouldn't care if they actually made good games.
we can def agree on that, just make the game freakin fun to play. imo the real problem is shareholders preventing big studios from taking risks and making real good shit. game studios shouldn't be publicly traded and beholden to shareholder leeches, none of this garbage lazy writing would exist if these devs were allowed and incentivized to take risks on new projects and not have to recycle the same garbage that's known to work. but i guess it could also be they're all lazy and complacent. eh what do i know. im just a fat lazy moron who drinks and plays japanese games all day.
