Great information Brian. You and your family enjoy the summer and be safe. Told you about a year ago. My grandparents use to always say This To Shall Past.
What is Atlanta better than Charlotte North Carolina? Well, I spent a lot of time in Charlotte North Carolina and Atlanta. In reality, Atlanta is very small. It needs a lot of policies for its subway extension. The traffic on its roads is bigger, more than anything. Then you go to the part of subway extension poor people who damage cars if you don't give them money among friends of international architecture I made a debate who has better architecture Charlotte North or Atlanta they told me that Charlotte because of its sophisticated modernist and futurist architect and we are the south end growing like Atlanta food here It's another level, you're going to have 5-star Korean food and if you ask me, all kinds of food are called anju and there will be more restaurants coming anyway. If you like Atlanta, I respect that, but hey, I crossed the road by car, well, I told him, the driver, we're in Atlanta, he told me that No, because the city you saw was Atlanta, it just passed a few more km2, because it was a metro.
I Agree, Buyers will return as interest rates drop while seller's will continue to be slow to list as inventory remains low and interest rates remain elevated well above their current Morgage rates. I feel the projections strongly overestimate pent-up demand to list/sell. Interest rates impact both buyers and sellers - as sellers often buy as they trade homes. I don't see home sales or home prices dropping as interest rates start to decrease unless it causes a sharp decrease in out of state relocations to the Charlotte Area as homes become more affordable in their local markets.
Thanks for your insight! With rates falling as sharply as they have, I think 2024 will be very active and hopefully help buyers get into a house with a much lower interest rate.
Reasons why you have fewer likes and no subscribers is, bad videography.... you keep showing maps in your videos, which is a no no for all viewers..... I think it will be much better to show actual pictures of locations and places you're talking about in your videos, instead of showing maps.... hope this helps. I want you to grow your channel and succeed, because you guys are such a beautiful couple.
Barbara Corcoran is 100% wrong. Now is the worst time to buy a house. But she is just another hack in the ABC leftist media. Completely wrong, as usual.
Planning to buy before the end of the year. Near a University, have my kid move in, find roomates and get some rent to cover costs. Once you factor depreciation, maintenance costs and rent income offsets, + appreciation over the next 5 years, rates aren't an issue.
And yet these nimrods are still buying homes at overinflated prices and high interest rate. It just does not make since. Builders are building like crazy where I live. Go figure.
85 both directions are horrible at certain times of the day 485 is the same 77 is bad 321 not to bad better than 85, at the Mount Holly exit on 85 S is really bad, love it in the Carolinas
Sure. Are you looking for a video that talks about the town in general or are you looking for more detail about homes sales, home prices, etc? Or both?
Thats a living hell the Traffic 85 is a mess in the morning and early afternoon 485 is the same in certain spots 77 is a total mess 321 isn't that bad but it's still kinda crappy... 85 at Mount Holly is stopped at certain times of the day. If people are thinking about moving to NC better go check it out first, go see the traffic all of the attractions Carowinds is the bomb, lots of fun, White water is also fun they have zip lines to go on, now that it;s getting close to Halloween Carowinds will be turning into Scarowinds thats a blast seeing all the employees dressed up, winterfest is beautiful, the speed way you can drive your car on the race track to view all the christmas lights. I lived in Gaston County ( Gastonia ) for 6 years loved every minute of it. People in the Charlotte area are fantastic nice as hell, southern hospitality is alive and well. The food is out of this world especially the BBQ. Only issue is the employment the wages there isn't that good unless your in real estate or the banking industry Housing there in fact the hole state is expensive, taxes are cheaper though sales tax is real cheap, so, like I said if your planning on moving to NC you would be wise to go check it out before you pull the trigger on moving there, for me totally miss it.
Great information, you really showed the surroundings. love the park, it is close to Charlotte, it is nice that the houses are not next to each other. One thing I read about is that in Harrisburg most of the houses are owned! That is a plus for me.
