@wellnessprovisions I didn't notice a time frame. I was shocked by his all American image. To say the least.I say whatever works- I survived hardcore drug use, kinky sex, & 30 yrs of underground punk rock. Now I'm an old woman. I say GO BLAG GO!
I had the pleasure of getting to talk to mr. fowles after a concert the other night. whatever he's doing its working- he was so pleasant and kind to everyone around. (As were the other aquabats!) Thank you for the video!
Blag is laid back in the real world. I remember seeing The Dwarves for the first time, holding my ground front row, but kinda scared 'cause I thought there might be GG type stuff going down.
They bring lots of energy to the stage and put on a fun show, 100%! And he's a super great guy, very smart, very laid back, as you said; nailed it. Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts and tuning in!
Thank you for sharing this information! I was just reviewing the lmnt electrolyte packs and wondered what was the quality of the salt part. I tried one of their can drinks today for the first time, and it was "salty"...Its a wonder they are not promoting a sea salt or himalyan salt.
This is interesting,Candance is a very interesting gal and a powerful singer. She also inspired me to hit the gym and shape up.Keep il the good work ladies 😁🤙🏼
Bill is right, there's so much disagreement in what is a good diet. After years of research and personal experience, I've learned one thing that cannot be argued against: Sugar is the worst thing you can possibly eat. All processed foods on the market has WAY TOO MUCH SUGAR. Avoid anything with over 5g of sugar, including fruits. If you avoid sugar religiously every single one of your biomarkers will improve. All of them. Watching carbs is also important, because it is essentially a slower burning sugar. However, sugar content is without a doubt the most effective change you can make to your diet.
nice interview, I have been seeing Greg since the mid-80s and will see the Jerks next when I go to Florida in March to see them for some shows. Interesting to see this side of him.
Yeah! I love these chats because they're refreshing and unexpected in a really great way. Thank you for tuning in!! And I hope you have a rad time in FL in March! 🙌
OMG! I'm a 25+ year fan of Blag, he's one of the most interesting people to me and I love listening to his voice. Listening to this as I get ready to go see the Dwarves tonight!! This is punk fans at 40!! 😆❤️
@wellnessprovisions thanks so much for this, by the way. You asked some great questions. It's been really fun to hear about these experiences and insights of his.
Fuckin' social media and algorithms! Thanks for supplying the supplements while they were still around. You changed the way I treated and cared for myself. Onwards, Amy!
It's the end of an era. I admire you for going all in with such an awesome idea. Had I any disposable income I would have contributed. But it is awesome that you are breaking the chains of social media. I have thought about completely giving up my band because of the same concerns.
Yeah, the concept of being able to be in front of the whole world ends up having the opposite effect... you end up reaching almost no one. I think there's something to guerrilla marketing, though. I did a lot of that, but did it too early in the Welly P game, and it didn't stick. Probably would have done better now but I've run out of steam. All I can say is your body will tell you when you've made the right decision. Stay or Go. You'll feel peace about it; even if it's bittersweet. ❤️ And thank you for your support, Ginger. You're a good one.
Clicked for the interview, subbed after your advertisement. I think what youre doing is excellent, punkers have bad self preservation skills and often need to be prompted to talk out their shit. Ive lost a lot of mates that didnt know it was ok to communicate in a healthy way. Keep up the good work dude.
I'm sorry you've lost people close to you. But that's right. The more we can make our brain and body health normal to feel and normal to talk about, the better we'll be for it. Thank you for your support!
@@wellnessprovisions I sent that comment after only listening 👂 to your video. Later, I watched it and saw “outtakes” on the screen. I realized that they were bloopers. Not meant to be a part of the original video. *I found it funny when I didn’t know that they were outtakes.
Mental and physical wellness is such a widespread topic right now, but as with so much of the mainstream, the message so often misses the mark when it reaches people who don't conform to the norms. So seeing how wellness looks in the lives of people like Tom Wisniewski and so many other punk rockers feels like a breath of vital fresh air. And being able to relate to something so important in one of my hero's lives makes me falling over in yoga class a lot more bearable.
Aw man, I loved everything you just wrote.. and laughed about falling over in yoga totally worthwhile. Thank you so much for your thoughts, I'm so happy you got something out of Tom's share, and don't stop your yoga journey! 😊
Hey, I don't understand your question. But it was a fresh interview recorded in early June that aired the end of June. Blag was also on the podcast back in season 1... episode 6 or something like that. 😊😊
@@wellnessprovisions I'm a moron ! I just remembered seeing him on before and assumed there was some kind of issue and that you uploaded it again ... I commented before I watched, I'm a dumb ass !
