Hi! I need your help, I can't figure this out. I created 10 users on the printer, and it works. Each user enters their username/password and makes their copies. But from the Windows driver, can I create multiple users? Or is it only one user for printing? Thank you for your answer..
@@FD-ze1xg one user per computer. You can try setting up multiple printers on the computer and name it after each user but then you can't control it that user will pick the correct printer. Another option that just came to mind which i never tried doing is create multiple users on that one computer and see if each one requires its own printer set up. Only problem is each user needs to remember to log off after using it. There's also the possibility of setting the computer to log off after certain idle time....

@@FD-ze1xg only one code per printer install. That is why I suggested installing the printer multiple times so you can install the code for each printer icon. I don't like this idea because users can accidentally pick the wrong printer icon and bill someone else's account unless you don't think this will be in issue......you can name each printer by user than that way when you go to print you choose the printer from the list of printers with the user name on it
Found this video so helpful, but I am still getting the auth failure after following every step exactly with a new c2510. Very frustrating and time consuming.
oh, so sorry to hear. The first step would be updating firmware otherwise we would need to troubleshoot from here on as it can be numerous reasons causing this....continue troubleshooting and if you need us to step in we do have IT support avail at $120/hr.

impossible for me to know what is causing that without me troubleshooting first hand. The causes are endless... just keep troubleshooting as much as you can. worse case contact konica minolta authorize dealer for further assistance.
This helped me out big time about a year or two ago. Is there a way to do this for the older Bizhub 4050, or do I have to replace the whole 4050 scanner unit?

should be very similar. the process is the same but maybe the 958 may have a different page look once you log in. just try to navigate to that same section and the rest will flow the same.

not sure why its missing on your machine. First thought that comes to mind is updating the firmware on your machine. Unless you have access to the firmware you will need to have a authorized dealer do that for you

Hi . i installed the finisher exactly how you said but paper is getting stuck when it exits the attachment kit and enters the finisher. it goes in the finisher then gets stuck right away
there's lots of different reasons for this issue. Impossible for me to know unless i'm there physically troubleshooting. I can only guess it might be because you are using the wrong finisher model or that's an issue inside your finisher causing it not to work.......could also be firmware.....
@@PrestigeOfficeSolutions thanks . im pretty sure the finisher model is correct . i tried 2 different finishers and got the exact same problem. ill update the firmware on the machine and run some diagnostic tests on the finisher

This message appears to one The Ricoh Printer screen error. And the inks colors was all over the printer everywhere even inside the trays and when they print out a color pages the colors is mixed up on the papers. could it be this what causes the problem?
